Chapter 35 by hyperlax700 hyperlax700

Paris shopping

The trip was as luxurious as you could possibly imagine, and the hotel equally so. We all shared a huge suite. It had four bedrooms, two bathrooms, its own bar area, and a lounge. There was also a roof terrace with a spectacular view of the city and a large hot tub outside. I struggled to contain my excitement as I tried to look like I fit into all of this luxury.

The morning after we had an amazing breakfast in the room, and me and Cindy went out for some shopping. Tonight we were all going to dinner at a restaurant outside of the city, and we were going to visit an old palace or something.

"You are gonna need some new heels for tonight," Cindy said. "Let's pop in here". I followed her into the shop and we started looking. There were a lot of crazy-looking shoes here, but with Cindy's guidance, we found an elegant pair that would go nicely with the dress I was planning on wearing. Before I had a chance to even look at the price, the shoes were in a fancy textile bag, and Cindy had paid for them. "You shouldn't have," I said. "It's a gift from me," she said. "To mark the special occasion." I just look at her, trying to figure out what she meant. "Your first time in France right?" she said. "Aww, thank you." I smiled. Cindy was the best friend a girl could ever have.

We sat down at a cafe, and I took a quick selfie with my new sho bag to send to Lauren. Just 30 seconds later and Lauren was calling. "Hey sis, what's up?" I said as I picked up.

"YOU BOUGHT LOUIS VUITTON SHOS?", Lauren was pretty much screaming. I looked at the bag, with a big VL on it. "Yeah. Well actually Cindy got them for me as a gift for my first time in France," I said. "WHAT?? I'm so jealous. Hold on put on the camera, and show me." I obliged and turned on the camera showing her my new shoes.

"Oh my god!, Black Satin Archlights!!!". I knew very little about shoes and fashion, but Lauren was all into it. I took her off the speaker and turned off the camera. "They're nice right?" I asked.

"Nice? That is one hell of a gift, sister! Those are 800-dollar shoes!"

"What?" I felt my face go red. Cindy obviously heard Lauren through the phone and said "Don't worry about it, Erin. I'm good for it, and you deserve it. If for nothing else than making my brother so happy." I said goodbye to Lauren and promised to call back later. "Cindy, you shouldn't have. I had no idea that they were that expensive. It feels so wasted on me". I said.

"Stop that Erin. You deserve only the very best. Besides, I don't mind spoiling you a little until you get your finances going."

"I don't really see how my finances are magically going to change, and I don't like to leech of Paul."

"Of course not! But you have some savings right? Let Paul manage and invest on your behalf, you'll be a millionaire in no time. He's always been good at that." That did not sound like a terrible idea. I mean he was obviously good at it.

We spent a few more hours checking out various shops, and both picked up some sexy new pieces at Victoria Secrets. Something to please the guys with.
