Normality Necklace v2

On a dull dirty sliver chain sits a dull dirty N that upon wearing does not make the wearer normal in the eyes of everyone nor does it let the user alter what society view as normal as a whole. What this necklace does is it allows the wearer to alter how normal they themselves are in the eyes of others. While wearing the necklace the wearer can alter how they are perceived by others by stating what is or is not normal about themselves. This effect only works on people the wearer is directly talking to or are within hearing distance.
