New Staff

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to inform everyone of our two new hires.

Aria has chosen to hire Cassie Anderson as her new assistant. Cassie worked for five years as a producer's assistant at an indie company and wanted to move to a larger scale studio, so Cassie is quite excited to be working with us. She says she enjoys mixing drinks in her spare time (mixology I believe). Make her feel welcome.

We have also decided to hire Zoe Ferra as a replacement for Liam who is sadly leaving us. Zoe worked at Bethesda for the past six years and worked in all departments and at all levels. She has schooling with Unreal and is eager to learn more about level design from our veterans. She said a hobby (other than video games) of hers is biking. Please make her feel welcome.

We have also hired on Jordan Willems. She has sixteen years of experience at Koala Game Devs. Since, as many of you know, I have been dealing with HR management as well as my own duties, Jordan will now take on the role of HR manager. She said her hobby was bubble-baths, candles and wine. She is new to this city, so make her feel welcome.

Last but not least we have hired on Hank Todd. The man has more years of experience programming with everything you can think of than some of us have been out of diapers. He will be our new senior Engine Developer/ Senior Programmer. Over qualified, yet humble man who has the hobby of skydiving to de-stress. Make him feel welcome.

Today is the last day for Liam, so just a reminder that everyone is invited to an after hours party in the second floor lounge. We want to send him off well after his many years of service and friendship here, so please make time. Refreshments and snacks will be provided (yes before you all spam my inbox we are bringing out the sad send-off rum). Party starts at 5:30. Behave yourselves and say your good-byes to Liam.

This coming Monday we are planning an after work party to welcome our five new team members Aria, Cassie, Zoe, Hank, and Jordan. Refreshments and snacks will be provided (Yes the celebratory champagne will be there, I'm almost worried some of you are alcoholics the way you bug me about it).
