Mira and Mara's home

You enter their home; looking around not much has changed since last time. Everything is the same, except for the intent of the occupants. Just earlier yesterday, they were forcing you into marriage with them; now they are welcoming you into their home, or as they put it your home. It is also enough to make you think you are mad. You never agreed to this. You could try to deny them, but your marriage to them is the only thing keeping you and Haruka alive right now.

You sit on the edge of the raised foundation, looking down unto the hearth. Haruka sitting next to you; while Eve stands next to you. You sit there staring off into the distance, thinking about what has happened to you. However, as you watch the pair of young twins cook something, in a ceramic pot, for the five of you; not knowing Eve doesn't eat. You can't help but be a little bit pleased with yourself.

You have twins lovers, that is nothing to scoff at; you didn't even really need to try, they came to you. They are both young, no more than nineteen years old, and beautiful. If you meet under different circumstances, you would have been lusting over them.

"Aaron," you hear Haruka say, hesitating for a second "what did they do to you earlier?"

"They... well, **** me into marriage; by you know..." you stammer out, now even more confused than ever.

"I see," she says, she seems concerned for you, "sorry for bringing it up again," she mumbles out as an apology afterward.

"No, don't worry about it, Haruka," you tell her, "it's just complicated. I don't know how I feel about it."

You wonder as to there intentions, you are not so blinded by ego as to not realize that they did not necessarily want this marriage any more than you did. So, why did they do it? I mean Mira has made her disdain for me known. You feel you need to be asking more questions from them, but the language gap makes it hard, with you barely comprehending what they say, and Eve having to relay every message making the task more tedious then it should be.

But you've got to ask, you have to know what you are getting into; and why.

"Eve, I need to translate again," you say, turning to her.

"Of course, Master," she says, following you as you hop up onto the compacted dirt around the hearth.

"Mira, Mara, I have some questions," you say, Eve relaying your message.

"Yes," Mara answers, her sister continues the cooking; coming closer towards you.

"Why me?" You ask her the question repeated by Eve.

"Of kos, il tel du," she says, "bu it is tawel"

"Of course, I will tell you, but it is long story," Eve tells you.
