Looking For Some New Attire

The drive itself was pretty uneventful. At least for you. Gwen and Eric seemed to be tied up in their conversations as you quietly listened and watched out the window. Once in a while, a question would be asked of you, leaving you to quickly think of a believable story to answer it before the conversation would drift away again. Gwen seemed very attached to her new boyfriend, with wandering hands working playfully over his thigh as he drove. At least once, you were sure you saw her fingers slip into his jeans. Knowing the act was being done right in front of you made you squirm lightly and bite down on your lip.

Eventually, we reached the mall, and Gwen eagerly pulled you into the nearest clothing store, with Eric following just behind. If you didn't know better, you were confident that his eyes were on your ass, but how could they be with Gwen being such a firecracker. All the same, you felt an **** sway enter into your hips, giving him a cute little show if he truly was eyeballing your shorts.

The mission popped back into your mind again. Clothes. You needed to find some real clothes. In that effort, you weren't going to half-ass it. Get in there, find something that covered your skin, get out. No fuss.

Or there wouldn't have been if it hadn't been the summer sale.

Every article of clothing seemed to show more and more skin than you ever wanted to display. The shorts looked as if they would barely cover your cheeks and the shirts looked more like bikini tops. Every item you picked up just seemed progressively worse. And the sizes made no damn sense! The act of finding a pair of pants that looked like they might count as clothes were finally yielding some positive results, but you had no damn idea what size you even needed.

"Hmm, I like those." came a calm voice just near your ear. Shocked, you turned to see Eric peering closely over your shoulder at the shorts in hand. "They look more your style than what you've got on."

"Oh, erm, y-yeah... I just don't know if they'll fit..." you stammered. Damn, he smelt pretty good up close.

"That's why they have dressing rooms, you dork," he said with a confident smirk. "Here, I'll show you the way." His right hand slipped into yours and started to guide you away.

"What about..." you started to protest as your legs seemed to follow him on their own.

"Hm? Oh, Gwen? Don't worry about it. She's checking out some new underwear to spice things up. She could be over there for an hour." he said assuredly, all the while leading you to some of the more secluded dressing rooms.
