Chapter 7 by generaljiggler generaljiggler

So you let Eric lead you away or do you pull free from his grasp?

Break away

This was happening just far too quickly. You weren't about to be lead away by some guy just met, let alone your sisters boyfriend, no matter how damn cute he was. Pulling hand away from his you shake your head defiantly. "No, i'm not gonna go do... whatever it is YOU had in mind."

Turning to walk away you heard him tart to protest but that only made you more angry. Turning quickly on your heel you brought your hand hard against his face. "Leave me the hell alone!" you shouted at him, in the middle of the store, certain to bring the stares of a lot strangers crashing on him suddenly. Too ashamed to try and argue or fight back Eric simply slunk away to find his girlfriend. You were free for now.

The tiny victory was short lived as you suddenly remembered that you had no money to buy the clothes you had intended to pick out and had now just pissed off your only ride home. Whatever. You had more important things to deal with. For now just needed someone to get away and to think.

The food court wasn't your FIRST choice but, well, it was something. At least you could sit down by yourself and try to figure out what you would do about all of this next. Your head sank into your hands. Two days like this. You almost wanted to cry but refused to let yourself. You were still a boy damn it. There were standards to hold.

"You look like you've seen better days." came the voice of a girl.

Glancing to your side you saw a new face looking at you with a little bit of concern. You vaguely recognized her as a senior from your school. Usually hang out with the punk crowd. Her attire certainly supported that, as she was wearing a pair of brown cargo shorts that looked like they were meant for a boy and a band t-shirt pulled over her D-cup breasts. Her short hair was dyed a dark purple and her eyebrow had a few piercings decorating it. Slung over her shoulder was a skateboard.

"Oh, erm, yeah you could say that..." you replied quietly from your spot at the table.

"Name is Trish." the punky girl continued as she pulled up a seat next to you and sat down. "Seat taken?"

"No, not at all." you answered honestly. What did this girl want with you? She never gave you the time of day at school. Even when you asked her out last year she acted like she barely noticed you were there at all.

"Don't think i've ever seen you around here. New in town?" the oddly friendly Trish continued.

"Yeah." you lied. "My name is Jane. Just moved here a week ago. This is my first time around town. Thought I might see about getting a new wardrobe or something." The story certainly seemed believable enough.

"Mhmm. So why are you sitting here looking crestfallen?"

"Oh... well uh..." your mind reeled for a second. At the risk of dropping any actual names you decided that honesty might be the best policy on this one. "Some jerk at the clothing store thought he could get a bit touchy. Tried leading me to the changing rooms alone."

Trish rolled her eyes and nodded. "Fucking boys. All of 'em are an asshole one way or another. Told him off good, did ya?"

You smiled and nodded, adding that you hit him in the middle of the store, a detail that made Trish laugh out loud. Somehow just talking with her made the whole day seem a lot less horrible. Your normal friends wouldn't be able to understand how this day was going and, since most were guys, probably would be thinking with their dicks. Trish was a breath of fresh air.

"Well hey, you seem pretty alright. How about you and me get out of here? I'll show you some of the more interest sights around town."

Do you take Trish up on her offer or do you politely decline?
