In this reality, most male Hollywood actors & celebrities - even married ones - have harems (unless they're deeply religious or conservative like Chris Pratt). Leo's got them beat however as not only is his **** harem huge, but it holds the Guinness World Record for the largest harem in the Western Hemisphere, just barley beating out Jeff Bezos'. Though it's still tiny compared to the harems of Saudi and Middle Eastern kings & princes (and just to clarify for CERTAIN authors; no, the harem isn't made up of a bunch of random female celebrities, but entirely FICTIONAL female characters that only exist in this reality!). However unless you're a huge DiCaprio fan or looked it up online, you wouldn't really know that since he's well-known for rarely granting interviews and how **** he is to discuss his private life.

Like with how he's notorious for only dating women under 25, Leo's harem only consists of sluts that range from 18-24 year olds. When one is about to turn 25 - doesn't matter how loyal she's been or how good her holes are - Leo will either sell her off to another celebrity's harem, or if she's been mentally bimbofied, do something that only a rich & powerful person like him can get away with, before going out to buy a new ****, preferable one that's freshly 18.

Like I mentioned in the Intro, you can write a storyline from anytime in Leo's life after he turned 18, like his 'Titanic' and young heartthrob days.
