Head inside

You spend a few minutes waiting at Alice'a door before she appears. She's smiling brightly as ever, her big deep blue eyes wide when she greets you. "Hayley!" she says when she comes to the door, pulling you in for a hug. You're not sure where to put your hands. A day ago you wouldn't have thought about it but tonight you can barely fight off the thought of planting one palm on each of her buttocks. "It's so good to see you! Come in, I'm just about to start getting ready." Alice pulls away from you and starts walking back down her hallway.

With that comment, you take a moment to look her up and down. You're surprised to find that Alice is wearing only a loose blue tank top and a pair of black boyshorts. When you realize exactly how little she's wearing, you go completely red in the face.

"Hayley?" Alice calls from another room. "Come on upstairs!"

You track the sound of her voice up the stairs at the end of the hallway and follow it to one of the bedrooms on the second floor. Alice has left the door of her room open, with the light spilling from it flying you in to exactly where she is.

You find her sitting at a stool in front of a vanity putting on her makeup. When you step inside, you see her face light up-- probably a good sign, given the way you've been thinking about her all day, but not exactly permission to jump her then and there like you'd like to. "I still haven't decided on what to wear," she says. "I figured you could help me decide on that and then we could get a little tipsy before we head out? It's always kind of a bummer going to one of these things sober."
