Full Council Room

Making his way toward the Student Council room Issei stopped right outside the door. Psyching himself up, this was the day, the day perverts everywhere won, the day that he would always remember as the first day of his accension to Harem King.

With a deep breath, a plan in mind, and Normality behind him Issei opened the door and walked in, apparently right into a discussion between Sona and the rest of the council

"-And that's why...Issei-san, can we help you?" Sona asked.

"Of course, Sona," Issei said with a sly grin, "After all the Student Council Normally helps me with anything I want as this council only exists to make sure the school runs smoothly and to enforce my rules."

Issei watched as the student council eyes glazed over as the Normality of the statement took over, and striking while the anvil was confused he pressed on. "I know it's Normal that since I only started this year I allow the school to progress for a while, allowing this council to act in my stead while I got the feel of the school, before taking the reigns and making new rules to better serve my needs. After all it's the Normal belief all who attend Kuoh Acadamy are lucky to be able to go to the same school as me and would do anything, follow any rules, to make me happy."

Finishing, Issei let the Normality effect wore off and the glaze fell off the councils eyes.

"Your right of course Issei-sama," a smiling Sona said, coming back to herself, "I'm glad that you are ready to take up the responsibility of leading Kuoh Acadamy. I know you have been reviewing the school for the past few months, I hope we here have kept the school in good runing order during that time. Is there anything you've noticed that needs to be changed?"

"As a matter of fact Sona I have. There are a few things I think would really help Kuoh be a better school, a place that would bring me happiness."

With those key words Sona's eyes filled with enthusiasm, "What changes would make you happy Issei-sama, anything that would make you happy would make Kuoh a better school."
