"Er...maybe you should go back to your place Victoria." You say, trying to save her from any further embarrassment. You were flattered by her crush on you and not altogether surprised. Now it made sense why she rang the door so often.

She nods, letting go of her mouth she tries to say goodbye. "I love you! I want to have your babies!" She blurts out before she can put her hands over her mouth once more. She runs back through her open apartment door and disappears through it with a slam.

You stand there amazed at what had just happened. You could cast magic spells! Your mind reeled at the possibilities. You didn't know what to do or where to start. You weren't really sure of your capabilities. All the spells were floating around in your mind just waiting to be tapped.

"Ummm..." You think. "Okay...let's try this." You concentrate, focusing on what you wanted. "Show me the money!" You look at your hands...nothing. "Damn it."

Rubbing your hands together you try again. "Give me five thousand dollars!" Nothing. "I wish for a hundred bucks!" Nothing.

You had a lot to learn. Victoria had shown you that the spells were there to be accessed, but in your untrained state you needed to be in the right situation in order to tap into the power. Maybe you could try to buy a car or something and then try that spell, you had a feeling that might work.

"Argh! All this power at my fingertips but I have to learn how to use it." You thought. "I need to get out of here. Test myself out in the world, see what I can do."

You remembered The Magician saying that you'd end up using your powers for selfish ends but you just laugh it off. "I'm a good guy. I can control myself. I won't do anything that bad."

With no sense of hypocrisy your mind immediately shifts to your next door neighbor. Victoria might make for the ideal guinea pig to try a few more things out on. You would be the perfect gentleman of course, but you had to start learning about your powers. Hmmmm.
