Electrical Manipulation

You can wield electrical energy.

From a jolt of static to the of a thunderbolt. Magnetism, enhanced speed/senses/reflexes, and electrical absorption is also available to you to the point you can physically recover wounds from the absorbed energy.

You can also inject a small bit of your electricity into a target to manipulate it as you see fit.

No electrical device can impede you. Or for another example the minds of others.
