Fawkes gave you a happy pat on the shoulder, you where immensely confused "A White Knight to compliment my ebony thunder, Your Purity is a pleasant surprise..."

You felt like you should be angry at him, but you weren't, his friendly face was oddly quite warm, and he had a brotherly air to him, that made you relax. though you still took a hard tone with him.

"I don't care if you are Pimp name Horus or the Queen of England, you never touch a woman violently in my presence, is that clear?" What the fuck? who was this guy? it definitely wasn't you?

Horus held up his hands "Clear as crystal. Hey, you wanna have a drink? there is someone that wants to meet you."

You raised an eyebrow but nodded "Fine, but you're still in the dog house."

Fawkes wrapped his arm around you "Well this dog is thirsty."

You looked at Belle. She looked distrustfully at them, seemingly a little afraid, but you weren't entirely sure why, still you followed the man to an empty booth, scooting into the seat as Fawkes beckoned you to join him. Though as you slid into the booth, you accidentally bumped into someone.

Looking at the woman who had appeared beside you, You apologised profusely "Oh, s-sorry, I didn't see you here..."

She forgave You quietly, and made no effort to move. You looked at her sitting there, seemingly quite nervous, though... you weren't sure... if you knew what she looked like, you were looking right at her but if someone asked you to describe her you couldn't "I'm Charlie... and you are?" You extended a hand to her. she took it furtively and introduced herself, You nodded getting it this time.

"Nice to meet you..... uhhhh...." Aaaaand it was gone, just slipping out of your mind.

Fawkes glared at her "Come on Gurl... that's enough-"

"-Hisano.... That's it, Hisano."

The Asian Beauty's eyes opened wide, and Fawkes paused at your revelation "You... you can see her?"

You looked at the Beautiful Asian girl, her long Midnight black hair dyed blue at it ends, her large eyes of Milky white and Brown staring in confusion. You smiled at her, she was, really beautiful, though she seemed a little shy under your gaze "Yeah of course I can. She's right here?"

"Well, that is quite astounding."

You jolted, seeing an older woman, black of hair and classily dressed appearing next to Fawkes, She was thin and gaunt-cheeked, but in an elegantly way rather than sickly, her eyes were serpentine and watchful, and she grinned as she looked at you "Hello My dear, I am Swan. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

"Right... Nice to meet you too... who... are you people?" You asked in confusion.

"See the Ejit doesn't have a fucking clue." Now this woman that appeared beside you was truly something to be afraid of. Her hair was short and bright Orange, cut into a rebel's Bob, she had terrifying Pale gold eyes that stared deep into you, and though she was extremely pretty, she ruined it with her hideous scowl that creased her freckled face hideously.

Diana and Belle had started to usher people out now, declaring the Club closed as they looked in panic at your four new companions.

There was something about them that really really unsettled you "So, how can I help you guys, need a recommendation for another club or something. because I'm really not your guy." You chuckled nervously

They eyed you expectantly "I think you know, My Superior Brudda." Fawkes whispered, "As rude as Miss Morrigan beside you there is, I believe that we have some business."

You held up your hands nervously, getting the impression that these guys were way above your league "Look I have Amnesia okay if I did something bad, can you at least try not to put me back into a coma..."

The group looked between each other "Amnesia?" Swan said curiously.

You held your chest "Scout's honour..."

Swan whispered something into Fawke's ear, the dark-skinned man eyed you curiously "Are you. Alive?"

You chuckled thinking it was some kind of joke, but it seemed that they expected an actual answer "Yes of course I'm alive, what's the alternative?"

Morrigan scowled, taking you by the hem of your shirt angrily "What d'ya think you little cunt, now stop hiding and come out. You are a Superior, a Vam--"

Hisano cut off the Redhead with her stare, the Irishwoman piping down seemingly out of fear of the others. Hisano shuffled over, her sleek form gliding over you as she promptly took the seat between you and Morrigan, her body almost shielding you from Morrigan who shrunk back under her gaze "You will not touch Orochi." the Asian beauty hissed in a low voice like mist.

"I know you don't know us, or trust us. But we have business, Mr Drake. You called us here." Lady Swan said, that strange ominous look in her inhuman eyes.

"And why would I do that? calling a gang of weirdo's to join me for a drink, that doesn't sound like me-"

"Ya different than before, Charlie. Your bredren is lying to ya, I don't know why but. Ya don't know what ya sound like." Fawkes said in a sinister tone.

Staring at this gang of freaks, you couldn't shake some kind of connection with them, like there were your peers, storied and respected, but none of it fit into the puzzle in your head. Still, Fawkes lent forward closer "Ya have to rememba, My Brudda. Remember your power, Remember Lord N-"

Blackness. Unconsciousness, you were switched off like an old television in an instant, falling into an abyss, an abyss of your dreams, and your Azure Sea.

_"Sleeeep," _Rose whispered gently, lulling Charlie into an instant unconsciousness. The Superior Lords did not have time to react as Rose grasped as Her lover's collar and pulled him up and out of the booth, tossing his limp form over to Belle behind her, before igniting every inch of her power, unrelenting wrath oozing from the Inquisitor, her body rippling with muscle, face twisting with malice in an unconditional protective instinct over Charlie.

In the milliseconds that The Upir moved, the Superior's barely had time to stare wide eyed at Rose, as she quickly grabbed the Lady Morrigan by the head and smashed her head into the table.

In a lightning-fast retaliation, Lady Swan zipped into nothing appearing behind Rose only to be caught in the side of the head by a kick that could shatter steel and cut through stone, smashing the English woman to the ground as the Inquisitor drew her blood "Dragon's Breath: Azure inferno."

Swan reeling in shock and fright as she too drew her blood "Hellfire: Hot flash."

Swan's Blood rune blasted Bright orange fire at Rose... and Rose's Rune blasted the unforgiving blaze of the Dragon's Azure flame, which crushed into the Hellfire like it was nothing, the two clashing momentarily and sending sparks of Violet and Gold into the air.

Swan zipped into nothing again with a crackling pop. appearing just a Ways next to Rose who took in a deep breath as she squeezed out another vein, painting the symbol on her lips "Dragon's breath: Frozen Scales." blowing out a torrent of ice-cold air, Swan roared as her skin started to freeze, groaning in paint under Rose's Runes.

"OH HELL NAW, GET YA HANDS OFF HER-" Lord Horus looked ready to attack in the seconds that passed, but Lady Fall grasped him, pulling him and the dazed Lady Morrigan back, Rose growling, headbutting Swan mercilessly and tossing her over the superior Lords, who all drew claws and flashed red eyes defensively.

Rose seethed at them, Belle hissing as she coddled an **** Charlie, Diana's sword flashing to life as she cried "MHALIA." drawing it from her blood, her dark mask donning on her face.

A dozen of Noxium joined, facing the Superior lord in anticipation to protect their master.

Rose bared her teeth as she shook her head, unable to contain a rage so potent that she could barely contain it "HOW DARE YOU. HOW DARE YOU THINK TO GATHER IN ONE PLACE, WHEN WE HAD FORBIDDEN IT." She roared.

Lord Horus looked at Rose, then at the other's and Relaxed, holding out his hands "Inquisitor Dracul? I... What are you..."

"Silence," Rose growled. Fawkes immediately bowed, much to the other lord's confusion.

"What is a High Inquisitor doing here!?" Morrigan cried a look of Terror on her face "I want no bad blood with the High Court."

Rose took a long breath, she had to control herself... but it had been overly difficult to restrain her emotions lately. She gave the Nox a steadying look, and they relaxed a little. "How dare you gather here." She spoke with the voice of the Court, the voice of High Inquisitor Dracul "How dare you break our laws, assembling in sacred territory that does not belong to you, delegates and rats in tow."

"We answered a Calling." Lady Fall said, her little cocoon was activated, but Rose's cast iron insight pierced right through it. "There is another.... one more powerful, He called for aid, unintentionally, we answered out of fascination." Lady Fall's voice was quiet, cool and impartial.

"W-We Know... that... the Knight.... is here..." Swan grunted in pain, her chest still stuck in burning ice.

"Please. My Dearest Lady, please. Forgive us, we broke the Council Law, but we could not pass up some'ting so powerful." Fawkes said, his head still bowed low.

Rose grimaced "The **** of the Knight of Flesh is My responsibility, and Mine alone. You will cease and desist, effective immediately, return home, or die." She whispered.

But Fawkes raised his head, looking at her with wonderment and pleading... images of a dying king, sat limply on a golden throne, in a land of warm sands, flashed in Rose's mind, but that was a long time ago "The Power I felt was not just from the Knight, Mistress." Fawkes said.

Lady Fall nodded, Swan seemed to agree, Morrigan scowled "He is the Purest, is He not?" Lady Fall asked.

Diana and Belle looked at each other, Didi moving forward "What do you want?" She asked, her golden eyes meeting Morrigan's, the two giving one another uncertain looks.

"To answer the Call, to Assist." Lady Fall knelt with Fawkes "We are at your disposal."

"I would kneel but I cannot feel my torso." Lady Swan said weakly.

Rose looked to Morrigan, but Morrigan was still staring at Diana. and she spat "You don't even know who I am do'ya, Drake."

Diana frowned "My Aunt told me enough. Vermin." Diana scowled.

Morrigan chuckled "The Quinn may be gone. but they live on in me forever... and for as long as I stand unbreathing, I will not do dealings with a Weaker Tribe."

Rose raised an eyebrow. But Morrigan had already went to take her leave "Kill me if ya like. I have blood rights to be here, ask your little dark-haired dixie there." Morrigan said pointing at Diana "I will conclude our business here, with or without permission."

Rose fixed the Redhead with a stare like ice "If you hinder or harm anybody under my protection, then You will pay the price."

The Irishwoman grunted "Whatever." the Hulking woman taking her leave without another word.

The Three Superior lord stood, Fawkes smiling at Rose and looking at her Dreamily as she scowled "That Warning extends to the three of you."

Fawkes chuckled "Lord Nox and I are bound by blood... Your blood. Mistress."

Rose frowned "Don't call me that." the redhead approached Lord Horus, and felt at his power "You should not have come here, Thutmose...." She whispered, looking at him, an image of her past long gone.

Fawkes' joyous face faded a little, it was likely that He had not heard that name for a long long time, but he shrugged "You answer the Call of Duty. That's what you taught me." He grinned.

Rose lurched, the sickly feeling bursting through her as she held back a gag, clutching her stomach as Diana rushed to her "You should be resting, Rosie..." Diana said.

The Inquisitor cleared her throat, trying to control her storm of emotions, her body feeling abnormally fragile... and oddly warm. but she sucked it up, standing straight "There are things transpiring here that You do not understand. You must not compromise our mission. We will fill you in to assist us, but if you fuck this up, then it will cost far more than our own lives... it will cost the World."
