Looking around, You absorbed the scene. everything had been reorganised, pushed back for space, the room was quite spacious now... and it was also covered in blood, gore-splattered on the walls, flesh scattered amongst pools of red and in the middle, covered in red, was Rose, Her eyes glowing red and Her claws brandished, every inch of her hands coated scarlet.

_"Undead Inhabitant detected. Identifying... Inhabitant identity confirmed, Hello Charlie." _S.O.L said, her voice clear a robotic as before.

Stepping in further towards Rose, you stared at Your lover in confusion "Rose..."

"Chip listen to me." You saw the young Diana circle around to you, dressed in one of the Black battlesuits... with her left arm behind her back. "I can explain."

Rose's blue eyes traced you, as You held back the monster inside, growling in concern at the bloody scene. "I suggest You do it, quickly. My dark side is tempting me to overreact."

You marched up to Diana, slipping your arm around to grasp at her forearm, You lifted it, seeing the Bleeding stump at her wrist where her hand was supposed to bed, blood seeping out of the wound as she winced "This. This is about this. We are supposed to be looking for Valerica, the House is nearly finished and when we assemble our forces we can expand, but all that is useless if we don't know where she is. Understand?"

Rose folded her arms "Diana asked me to assist her, I cannot be in two places at once, Beloved and Valerica has gone into hiding."

You growled, feeling the pressure building in your chest "WHAT GOOD ARE WE IF WE CAN'T EVEN TRACK OUR TARGET WHEN SHE HIDES!?"

"I know she was an Upir." You admitted, looking on seriously "I need to know. Who was she?"

"I know you are hoping that I could shed light on your mother, but I do not know any of my Clan who could have mothered you. None... have left the Castle, save for the Inquisitors and none for long enough to birth a child. and even if there where, King Alucard would have them killed." Rose looked directly at You

You nodded and hugged her back, sitting in the quiet of your dad's basement, his space, his place where He would always reside, and you relished in that energy, latching onto any memory of him.
