The Bolt Anchor is a Golden Crystal that upon activation, exudes a constant source of energy, allowing it to power small tools to large machinery, Bolt Anchors are one of the most important of it's kind, this is because a vast majority of the Scarlet Empire's technology is dependant and owed to these kinds of Stone, making them one of the Empire's most vital resources. Bolt Anchors are Gold in colour and often smooth although they sometimes give a little zap to those who toy around with them thoughtlessly.

3rd Grade Bolt stones are relatively weak, exuding a gentle light and providing a relatively light electrical charge that lasts for a short period, although this grade of Bolt Anchor is difficult to control and must be handled with care.

2nd Grade Bolt Stones are much more powerful and practical than their lesser counterpart, letting out a much more powerful charge and lasting for longer periods while being much easier to control.

Finally, is the 1st Grade Bolt Crystal, so far only one of this Grade of Stone has ever been discovered, said to be a Great slab of Golden crystal, shimmering with unimaginable power, however after being procured, a mysterious thief took the slab on it's way to the capital, some whisper that thief was none other than the Mythical Red Spartan, but myth or no myth, the Empire has been searching for the 1st Grade Bolt for ages and who really knows if it will really show up again.
