Belle lends an ear.

Eventually she did meet back up with Belle, though not after a day of somewhat drying under the sun. It was late afternoon when she found her walking home with a bag of groceries she got from the market. Despite messy hair from the downpour, Jinny seemed as if nothing had happened.

"Jin!" the taller girl said as they came into view of one another.

Jinny hurried over, and wrapped her arms tightly around her girlfriend. "Oh I miss you so much, Belle."

"I missed you too. Were you caught in that rain?"

"Yeah... I'm better now though."

"Oh Jin. You're going to get sick if you stay out in the rain. Let's walk and talk. Did you have a fun day you want to tell me about?"

She pondered whether or not she wanted to tell her the tale. It was horribly embarrassing, especially how she was feeling inside during it all. Though as they continued down a vacant road, she leaned close to Belle and started to whisper. Her face was flushed, and Belle noticed, so she made sure she was quiet and listened. Then, she told her the story. She kept it vague, without explaining any inner feelings, or naming any people involved--just that she was unclothed accidentally and he had been trying to get help.

Belle stopped. She placed down her bag, and turned to face Jinny fully. She stares deep into he partner's eyes, and Jinny did the same.

She's so beautiful, Jinny thought. I feel so much better now that she's here.

Poor girl. She always gets into trouble like this. It's amazing how reckless and childish she can be, but how absolutely gorgeous she is. I just want to hold her close, thought Isabelle.

Belle took a tight hold against Jinny and squeezed her in an embrace. Then she pressed her lips against the other's. "I'm so sorry that happened," she whispered. "I'm here now. Come over to my home and I'll brew you some tea, and you can relax in a place where nobody can embarrass you. Except for me."

Jinny smiled, and she gave the kiss this time. "Thank you."
