Becoming Carmen

When I got home John was in his room, probably studying or gaming. I walked to the bathroom and got undressed. Opened the package and downed the pill, closed my eyes, and sat down on the floor. I jumped forward, into his waiting arms, and kissed him. We fell back on the bed, and soon there was nothing between us but air. All our clothes were strewn out over the floor. And we can have those babies whenever you want them.” I smiled. Did I really want this now? It would make the change permanent, and that I wanted, I was sure about that. Why shouldn’t we? Money was not an issue. And doing it now would clearly make me his woman. The mother of his children… “What if I want it now?” I asked sheepishly. He smiled at me. “Then we better do it again to make sure”.
