Hello Aria,

First off let me say welcome to our company officially! Your accomplishments are exemplary, especially for one so young, and I know I speak for everyone when I say we look forward to work with and for you.

If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. I am always here to help and if I can't I know everyone here, their roles, and what they are good at.

First on the agenda is your need for an assistant. We have already done initial screening interviews and have selected the best X. You will get to select your assistant from amongst them. All of them come high recommended with plenty of experience, so there are no wrong choices. You can select them based on personal preference and chemistry.

Jennifer Haring: 24. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 4 years of experience with Koala Game Devs as an assistant to their head of creative development. Left because she moved cities. My rating: 4

Jordan Willems: 38. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 16 years of experience as a secretary at EA for one of their higher up managers in the Sims department. Looking for a change of scenery. My rating: 4.5

Marcus Gomez: 25. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 9 years of experience helping a buddy of his run a small indie company which recently was bought up by Microsoft. He didn't want to work for a big company. My rating: 4.25

Cassie Anderson: 22. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 5 years of experience being an assistant to an indie companies producer. She wanted to work at a larger company (She and Marcus should have just swapped if you ask me). My rating: 3.75

Zoe Ferra: 30. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 6 years of experience working as an assistant at all levels in Bethesda. Didn't give a reason and didn't have one when we asked why she left. My rating: 4.5

Beth Sanders: 26. xxx-xxx-xxxx. 4 years of experience at two different companies as an assistant. Said she saw that we were hiring and instantly wanted the job because she loves our games (talked my ear off about it). My rating: 4

So you know, I tend to be picky and rarely pick anyone under a personal rating of 4, but Cassie seems clever with plenty of potential so I left her on the list.

Feel free to look through their attached resumes and arrange meetings with them. If you do arrange a meeting, make sure you notify me, so I can be there.

Be sure to let me know which one you select so I can notify them and add them to the payroll.

Additionally we are needing another level designer, and as a producer you will be involved in the hiring process.

Zoe ferra: Same as above. Has taken a course on how to use Unreal engine. My rating: 4

Marcus Gomez: Same as above. Has used Unity for all his years of experience. My rating: 4.5

Hank Todd: 42. xxx-xxx-xxxx. Great programmer of twenty years of experience. Has experience with both Unreal and unity but more with unreal. My rating 4.75.

Nick Smith: 26. xxx-xxx-xxxx. Highly creative mind with four years experience primarily with Unity. My rating: 4.25
