A weird fucking day

The rest of the day was bizarre, to say the least, You had double Science with Doctor Ito and his Wife: Smashed it.

Music with Miss Hill, which you not only enjoyed studying the works of legends such a Beethoven and Motzart, the sheet music flashed through your mind like it was nothing.

But the strangest thing to happen that day was when you sat in the cafeteria at lunch. Of course, everybody avoided you like the plague, though not (you sensed) for the reason that they did before, people seemed confused by you, how a sickly little scamp like You could glow up like this, and so without a clear read on you people left you alone with Daisy who was carefully removing every part of her sandwich and leaving all of it untouched but the ham which she piled in from of her and elegantly ate with a knife and fork.

Jane sat with the untouchables, unwilling to make eye contact with you as they chatted... Vicky however, didn't seem to want to look away... god this was weird.

You wanted to go over there, to talk to her but, of course, Duke was right there next to her and you weren't quite ready for that confrontation yet. it was then that you contemplated Chaz' absence, he might have been a meathead asshole but the guy was no idiot, he never missed a day of practice especially in football season like it was, apparently, He was sick, you had a weird feeling about that, looking at his sister Camile who was as always buried in her phone.

But the weirdest thing all day, happened when your eyes caught on someone. this person, this woman placed the trash on her tray in the garbage, and went to leave. You felt a crippling wave of nostalgia seeing her for some reason, her dark red hair fluttering as she left the hall.

Your body began to move on its own as you got up and dashed after her, leaving Daisy in the dust as you ran as fast as possible after her shadow.

You rounded the corner, chest-thumping as You looked to see her form pass another corner down the hall. You persued manically, nearly tripping over your feet as you pushed past the crowds, eager to find the girl... but as you rounded that corner, you only managed to bump into a large form.

A hugely muscled and dark-eyed man looked down at you, his brown face twisting a little as He frowned. Chaz Bruce was bigger than He was before, heavier with muscle, a tank of a man even in comparison to his prior self, He looked like he hadn't slept in weeks, and his face only grew harder as he stared down at you "Dicky-Drake." He said in his low voice.

You gulped, holding up your hands "C-Chaz... hey... I'm sorry I ran into you..."

Chaz remained silent, his face twitching as his face seemed to only grow angrier at the sight of you. you were afraid he would cave your face in, this guy looked like fucking Gregor Clegane!? titanous, mountainous, what the hell kinda steroid is this dude on.

A Gentle hand touched on his chest "There you are, Bro. Come on, Vic is waiting for you..." Camile came out of nowhere, looking up from her phone and smiling up at her brother. It seemed Chaz never wanted to look away from you, and it took his sister pulling him away to get the Bull of a man to walk away.

You bit your lip, pushing your luck as you tapped Camile on her shoulder, that was bare because of her tank-top. She paused, raising an eyebrow as she turned around her perfectly kept loose afro hair swinging as she did. You gulped... you hadn't thought of the consequences of touching an untouchable without her permission, but you mumbled your question none the less "S-Sorry Camile... but... is there a new girl... has someone new come since I've been gone, I-I thought you'd know- woah?"

You gasped as Camile moved in, taking your hand and feeling the skin... and she smiled up at you "Yeah. Foreign Redhead chick, right? she works at beans on Tuesdays, I don't know her name though, she doesn't even have Snapchat!" Camile said enthusiastically.

This was crazy, people were staring, she was so close... she smelt like cocoa butter and Lucky charms, something sugary and sweet. You nodded, feeling sweat drip down your back "Th-Thanks..."

She shrugged "No problem, Charlie. Welcome back by the way" She said happily, taking her brothers arm and leading him away as he stared daggers at you "Come on, Chaz, let's go."

Definitely a weird fucking day.
