A lawsuit!

Zoey had finally made it big in her acting career, as she had recently starred in a moderately-budgeted drama from a younger director, who had also recently gotten his big break.

The director in question, Vince Powell-Smithy, had spent the past 18 months writing what would become his feature-length directorial debut in theaters, and when it released, it received quite a bit of acclaim, with much of the praise being aimed towards the performance of the leading lady, Zoey Ellsworth!

Unfortunately, not everyone was quite as keen with how the movie was doing. One of those people was Danielle Kennedy, a woman from Vince's hometown, and she had a particular problem with the movie...
