A Turning Point

Kate drove to Jake’s house with the watch in her purse. Kate felt much worse than she thought she would feel after manipulating Ben and stealing the watch from his possession. Why was it so important to her boyfriend she didn’t know, but she was going to confirm something before she handed it over to him. Kate quickly reached Jake’s home and opened the door.

“Kate, you're finally back, did you get the watch back?” asked Jake eagerly as he walked over to me.

“I didn’t get it back. I couldn’t go through with stealing it away from him.”

“Useless. Fucking useless. I can’t trust you to do anything. I guess I’ll just have to get it back myself.”

“Excuse you. Who are you calling useless? You’re the one lazing about at home and cheating on your girlfriend with your family. If it was so important to you, then why didn’t you go out and find it yourself. Not to mention the fact that you don’t seem to care about me one bit.”

“The only redeeming quality about you is your skills as a thief and your body. Scratch that, just your body apparently.”

Kate turning into a shade of red takes out the watch from her purse, “Oh yeah, well look what I got here. Isn’t it that thing you're so obsessed with and that you care about a lot more than me?”

“I might’ve gone a bit far but if you give me the watch then we can forget about all this.”

“Give you the watch. What kind of idiot do you take me for? After all the insults you’ve thrown at me, you expect me to hand it over to you. Never.”

“Give it.” Jake lunged at Kate and slapped the hand holding the watch. It flew onto the kitchen table as the both of them lunged at the watch. Jake was faster and reached the watch first, but for some reason, he was incapable of grabbing the object.

“NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! This can’t be happening. Why can’t I grab my watch? That kid must’ve done something.”

“I don’t know what you’re going on about, but your no longer able to touch this watch. Taking it from me is a waste of time.”

“You have to…”

“Do nothing, right. I’m out of here and if it wasn’t obvious already, I’m breaking up with you.” Kate says as she leaves the house and drives home.

Ben woke up in the morning and looked to his arm to see that his watch was still gone. Ben hoped that the last part of his night was a bad dream, but it was all true. Ben didn’t have any plans, so he just chilled at home and played some video games. Ben could’ve called Kate to confront ger about the watch, but he didn’t bother. There’s was no way the person who stole from you would give back what they stole. It’s not like Ben could contact the police out of fear that they find out what the watch actually does. Ben heard a knock at the door as he was playing games and went to go answer it. Ben opened the door and saw someone he didn’t think he’d see ever again.

Alexia was outside his door. Ben guessed it would be more accurate to call him Alex, but Ben liked messing with his best friend.

“Hey. Wow, you look like crap. What happened man?”

“I never thought you’d leave the house looking like a woman even though you’re just wearing a shirt and jeans.”

“Man, you’re avoiding my question.”

“Kate stole my watch last night and betrayed my trust. I thought we were boyfriend and girlfriend, but I guess I was just a sucker in her eyes.”

“I’m sorry to hear that. I came over to avoid my family since I didn’t want them to see me looking like all this. I thought I could avoid them and have fun with you at the same time” said Alexia sheepishly.

“It's fine. I’d love to play with someone else and get my mind off things.”

“Also, how did your night with Abigail go?”

“Let’s just say the animal DNA in her made her a lot more sensitive last night.”

“Lots of fun then.”

“Well yeah but I prefer being a man again though. I’m kind of worried that this is permanent. The police came to our school to confiscate this mysterious substance, but someone stole the punch from the dance. Now the authorities can’t run any tests or figure out how long these effects last. Also, what nutjob has this substance now anyway.”

“It should be gone soon. Usually, **** only last around 12 hours, right.”

“It's past 12 hours, and I don’t any sign of my dick.”

“How about some Mario Kart instead of continuing this conversation?”

“You’re on. I call Dry Bones though.”

Ben and Alexia played video games for a while until they heard another knock on the door.

“That must be the pizza guy.”

“It could be my aunt.”

“I don’t think you want to explain why you’re alone with a girl in your house even though it’s a guy.”

“You know you don’t need to remind me that you’re a guy every five seconds.”

“Really, these tits and ass beg to differ. I also caught you checking me out. I feel violated man.”

“Yeah, yeah,” Ben said as he walked to the door.

Ben opened the door expecting the pizza delivery guy and instead found Kate in the entrance. Ben was too stunned to speak so Kate went first.

“Sorry Ben, I know you noticed but I took your watch. I came back to return it. I actually lied about breaking up with my boyfriend before, but I just needed to confirm something before I broke up with him and needed the watch for it. He kept begging me to take the watch and I had to know how he felt if I didn’t come through. I won’t lie in the fact that if he showed me the love I wanted, I might’ve reconsidered but that doesn’t excuse what I did. I know I betrayed your trust and I know we can’t be boyfriend and girlfriend any time soon. However, I would like it if we started over as friends.”

Ben grabbed the watch from Kate and immediately put it on.

“I’ll think about it. I’ll contact you when I’ve made my decision. I’ll see you around.”

Ben closed the door and headed back inside.

“No pizza and no aunt.”

“I’m going to the bathroom. I’ll be back.”

Ben walked to the bathroom thinking back to the conversation with Kate. Kate wants to start over, huh. Ben knew that what’s broken can’t be fixed so easily. Ben couldn’t trust her anymore without the use of the watch. Ben didn’t want to use it on her before, but Ben no longer cared about that. Ben knew it was time to make some normalities to improve their relationship into something he wanted, but he didn’t want to make her his girlfriend anymore. That ship has sailed. Ben also wanted to punish Jake for continuing to mess with him, but before that he needed some insurances.

“It's normal that this watch can’t be taken away from me without my permission. It’s normal that I know where the watch is at all times.”

That will make sure that it isn’t stolen again. Now it's time for the punishments. Ben changed the dial and said, “It’s normal that Jake will forget all about the watch’s capabilities. It’s normal for him to turn into a sexy female hooker that fucks anybody for a single dollar. It’s normal for him to not reject the advances of any man that shows interest in him, and instead encourage them to have sex with him. It’s normal for him to go by the name Jackie. If Alexia is any indication, men don’t like turning into females. At least some of them don’t.”

Now to change Kate into something else but what? A hooker? No, while I don’t like what she did I also don’t want anyone else to have her. Ben thought about it a little bit and decided on something for now since he could always change it later.

“It’s normal for Kate's new job is to be my personal chauffeur. It’s normal that Kate is hopelessly in love with me and will do anything for me. It’s normal that she believes anything I say to her and trusts me completely. It’s normal that she owns a bunch of fancy cars to drive me around in.”

Ben finished up his changes and thought that was enough for now as he joined up with Alexia to play some games.
