Some just chafe under society's expectations, never applying themselves, failing in school or work despite every indication that they should do better. Those who cannot be satisfied, who risk it all or fail against the odds, are assigned a Life Plan. To correct their risky behavior their life is put into someone else's hands, given an editable plan to make them operate at their full potential. A minor surgery implants a behavior-modification chip that makes it so to them, these dropouts of society, their Life Plan becomes their guiding purpose. And therefore the holder of their Life Plan becomes their personal ruler. It is the only humane solution.
