Parts for Sale

What if you didn't own your own body?

Chapter 1 by Control Freak Control Freak

Out in the infinite multiverse, there is a world very much like our own. However, there is one big, and odd, difference. Society has a market where one can sell ownership of their body parts to others, on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Here's how it works: A person can put a part, or multiple parts, of their body up for sale on a market. Whoever buys the body part gains ownership of it, as if it was a part of their body rather than the seller's. Though the part is not removed from the seller, the buyer gets total authority over what happens with it and how it is treated, such as what if anything can be worn over it and what the buyer can and can't do with it. And of course, they get unlimited access to that body part. Sounds simple, though people who have sold their sexual body parts have occasionally been charged with sexual of the buyer for masturbating without permission.

Speaking of which, different body parts go for different prices. Unsurprisingly, sex parts and orifices large enough to stick a dick in go for a lot, as do parts that perform important daily functions such as hands and mouths, the latter generally considered to be the most valuable body part due to fulfilling both criteria. On the opposite end of the spectrum, internal organs such as the heart and lungs are off-limits, unless said organ is part of another part's function (owning a hand is no good if the muscles and bones aren't included, for instance). Of course, there is no universal price for a body part since many, many things are factored into it, so the foot of an attractive celebrity would still probably go for far more than an unattractive nobody's mouth.

There are two other main factors for altering a body part's price. The first is simply the duration of ownership, which can be anywhere from an hour to a lifetime, with prices scaling accordingly. The second factor is whether additional 'remote control' factors are added on. While normally the seller retains physical control of their body part for practical purposes and only sell their rights of ownership away, for a substantial additional fee the buyer can be given a device that lets them control the body part remotely. How much control they have is based on how much more they are willing to pay, but an important thing to note is that while they are limited by what the body part is physically capable of doing, they are not limited by whether it is something a person can normally control consciously, which can result in things like sliders for lubrication or hardness. At the top level of control, the seller loses complete autonomy of that body part, leaving the buyer with total control of that part's actions. Unsurprisingly, only the truly tend to sell any more than very basic control of a part to another person, and only a wealthy buyer can afford it for an extended period of time. Other terms and conditions can be applied to a contract as well at the discretion of either party. This is most commonly used to allow the buyer unrestricted access to the seller's place of residence for the duration of the contract, but many other types of clauses can be added as well provided that both parties consent to the terms laid out.

Got it? Good. If not, just keep reading and you'll catch on pretty quick. Now enough info-dumping, let's get to the stories.

Who's the seller, what part are they selling, and for how long?
