Anthro Ranch

Chapter 1 by zooguy zooguy

Settling down on the bus, I took out my phone and scrolled through my downloads until I found the file marked anthros. My mother had sent me the file, after all, something about learning the tools of my uncle's trade.

"Anthros will be your primary source of income as a rancher. Unlike normal beasts, butchering anthros for meat isn't an option, so you'll have to rely on selling byproducts. These would commonly include things like milk from mammalian females, though there are some more specialized products such as eggs and squid ink.

You may be asking yourself "how do I obtain anthros?" There are two options: first and foremost is taming. This is simply taking an anthro from the wild and making it a resident of your ranch. Now taming will have different requirements depending on the species. Some prefer hand-to-hand combat, others prefer tests and still others prefer you fucking them silly.

Traits are a vital part of ranching. Traits are what make an individual member of a species different from other members of its species. They function as a gene that can be passed down from anthros to their offspring. Say you have a rabbit with the short stack trait, and you breed it to a bull with an Increased Length trait. The resulting offspring will then possess one of those traits. Here's a list of several traits that can make ranching either more hazardous or easier on a rancher:

Fey trait: a tiny, petite captive member of a species that has been bred in captivity. Tend to be cute and not entirely useful.

Muscular Hypertrophy: An incredibly strong member of a species. Beware of taming these as hand-to-hand combat is near suicide and sex can result in a crushed skull or a shattered pelvis. Benefits include superior manual labor output and excellent breeding results.

Off Color: Members of a species differentiate themselves by the color of their fur, scales, or feathers. The only benefit you get from them is bragging rights.

This is just bare-bones though, as traits can affect anything from cock and breast size to personality or libidos.

The other way to obtain anthros is by buying them through the market. Domestics can't be found in the wild unless they're Feral, in which case prepare for the worst, since this likely suggests an aggressive escapee. Anyway, two are usually sold for cheap to beginners as is the guild's new policy. However, a high-end one can cost several thousand dollars."

I was blushing horribly by the end of that little read. I'd barely had sex with humans let alone feral anthros.

Still blushing I opened the Guilds file.

I skimmed over the introductory letter as I had heard all of its contents from the representative earlier. Instead, I looked at the potential rarity levels of the creatures I would be living with.

Common: easy to encounter and easy to tame. Good for beginners. Though their prices tend to below.

Uncommon: not seen as often but by no means rare, these creatures can have their products sold for a good price.

Rare: rarely seen, these creatures are hard to tame but the rewards reaped are pretty high.

Legendary: It takes dedication and no small amount of luck to find these creatures. Their products are sold for insanely high prices.

Mythical: Legendary anthros are a once once-in-a-lifetime to find. Be they dragons or Phoenix, their products could make you a millionaire.

Prehistoric: Find a fossil and revive it and you'll get a rare anthro with a price range between rare and legendary for the sheer novelty of the product.

Feral: A domestic that has hardened due to surviving the wild. Powerful and rare, a feral stamp can get you a pretty large sum of money.

Hybrid: a cross between two different species, these anthros are odd and their byproducts have double effects.

This honestly doesn't sound like a bad job. I mean, I've always enjoyed creature collecting games and this seems like an adult-oriented RPG. Looking at the time tells me that I have 4 hours till arrival. One file to read and then I'm taking a nap.

"Lustwood ranch is located next to the Lustwood forest.

Currently, you are restricted to zones one and two until you are experienced enough to handle the more dangerous anthros.

Zone one. An open forest clearing a few acres across and home to basic common anthros.

Species: Whitetail Deer

Sex Female (Doe) Male (Buck)
Recruitment Req. Sexually exhaust Any Female Present
Avg. Breast Size C cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 7 inches
Avg. Height 5.4 feet 6.2 feet

Deer are relatively common anthros. The ones in the forest are of the whitetail variety. This species has a gender balance of 70% female 30% male. Does are shy and relatively easy to tame. Just sneak up behind them and fuck them stupid. They're easy to breed and their milk has a sweet quality that makes someone feel "lighter than air." Bucks are sneaky anthros that will sneak up behind any female and fuck them. Their semen has exfoliating properties.

Species: Cottontail Rabbit

Sex Female Male
Recruitment Req. Constant breeding Any female present
Avg. Breast Size B cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 6 inches
Avg. Height 4 feet 4.5 feet

Cottontail rabbits are another common anthro. Eager to breed you have a good chance of taming 9 of the buggers before you get out of the woods. This species' gender balance is an even 50/50. Not the brightest bulbs these creatures are slutty and their only concern is fucking for pleasure and kits. This means that they have a taming difficulty 1. The males' main prerogative is fucking females, so parade one around for about two seconds and you'll have a friend for life.

Species: Bobcat

Sex Female (Queen) Male (Tom)
Recruitment Req. Sexually exhaust Same as female
Avg. Breast Size CC cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 7 inches
Avg. Height 4.5 feet 5 feet

Bobcats are uncommon anthros that usually live in dense woodlands. Rarely seen, finding one is difficult but well worth it. To tame one you'll have to beat it in hand-to-hand combat or have one of your creatures do it for you, then grab the scruff of its neck and if female pound it, or if male fuck it into submission. These little kitties have claws and they know how to use them, so be careful when you go to tame them. Get them tamed and you have a playful kitten that might keep you up all night. Solitary by nature they need a helping hand to socialize and get along with others.

Zone 2 encompasses a river flowing out of zone 1, as well as the pond it drains into.

Species: Sandhill Crane

Sex Female (Mare) Male (Stallion)
Recruitment Req. Gifts of wheat Same as female
Avg. Breast Size BB cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 8 inches
Avg. Height 5 feet 5.5 feet

Sandhill cranes are common anthros that make their home near the beginning of zone two. Thin and fast, to tame them just bring gifts of wheat and they'll follow you anywhere. Uptight and prudish, these birds lay one egg a day when properly fed and two eggs a day when they are fertile. The more laid-back males of the species are always down to party and fertilize a few clutches.

Species: River Otter

Sex Female (Sow) Male (Boar)
Recruitment Req. Fresh Trout + Play Same as female
Avg. Breast Size DD cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 7 inches
Avg. Height 4.2 feet 4.5 feet

River otters are an uncommon anthro. These playful mustelids live along the river going into the ponds. They spend their days lazing about and playing. Taming usually involves providing a primal trout and managing to play with them for several hours. Playful and stubborn, this is an anthro to guaranteed lighten up a barn. Besides the pool you'll be to add for them, they'll require a constant supply of fresh fish. Their milk is primarily used as headache medicine. The males act the exact way as females and enjoy nothing more than lazing around.

Species: Beaver

Sex Female Male
Recruitment Req. Active construction projects Same as female
Avg. Breast Size C cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 6 inches
Avg. Height 3.6 feet 4 feet

Beavers are a common species of anthro. They live in several ponds they have dammed themselves. All about work, these females are constantly in the mood to build. Just ask them if they want to work for you and they'll be happy to do manual labor. Second verse, the same as the first, males love to work just as much.

Species: Pine Marten

Sex Female Male
Recruitment Req. Eggs + Sap to trap, Meat feed Same as female
Avg. Breast Size C cup None
Avg. Penis Size None 7-8 inches

Pine martens are rare anthros that inhabit the trees surrounding the ponds. They are nervous things, scattering at the first sight of something unfamiliar. It takes a crane, some eggs,d sticky sap to trap one. Taming involves a heck of a lot of meat and a firm but gentle hand. Sneaky when tamed pine martens are a joy to be around and get along splendidly with their cousin the otters. More reserved than females pine martens, males recognize the rarity of their species and are always happy to have a female hole nearby."

I groaned. Talk about overload. Regardless I had arrived at my destination by now anyway. I strolled through town with my duffel bag slung over my shoulder and suitcase in hand. I was looking for my uncle's friend. I caught the eye of an older gentleman and walked over to him.

"Ah, you must be Joseph's…...

Niece or a nephew?
