"Big Brother" or "Onii-chan" is the alias for Rocky, a 24 year-old cis male making a living as a Fest Hunter, a "reporter" of nearly every event, festivals and/or concerts happening in this city, and even neighboring ones.

Rocky has a neutral-toned brown skin, short wavy black hair, and dark brown eyes; the usual Southeast Asian appearance. He has 'sharp' eyebrows with a dead-piercing gaze. His most distinguishing feature, however, is a rather large mole above his lips, near the middle of his philtrum (the line between the nose and upper lip).

He is a man of average height, but he is overweight. Actually - he looked almost like the typical neckbeard, [insert platform] mod, ugly bastard archetype in hentai.

Or you know... *maybe* he is a creep. In his main, public account with his face and personal information and all, he follows accounts and tags regarding to jojifuku - a controversial Japanese way of dressing where adult women wear little girls' clothes. It is not the matter of the fashion itself; it's the matter on how a large percentage of its content were presented sexually/suggestively (ever heard of gravure? Yeah, that's at least 80% of it.) and how men like Rocky enjoyed them.

As a Fest Hunter especially for anime cons, and how he took pictures of mainly young female cosplayers, and how more and more minors are joining the scene without adult guidance over the years, it's pretty natural for some people to be wary.

Unfortunately, Rocky's 'watchers' come from his past, and they might be supernatural too.
