Dead or Alive: Xtreme 3 - Resort Service

It seemed a steal of a job. Working on an exclusive, sunshine vacation resort away from the worries and troubles of the rest of the world. Especially with the rumours that the guest list to the island was almost exclusively for attractive women from across the globe.

Only for Michael, he soon found that his job soon revolved around doing almost everything on the site, including tasks he was barely trained or had no knowledge about. From bartending to inventory management, room cleaning to lawn mowing, and even manning casino tables as a dealer. It seemed that the resort owner Zack, who had even named the island and resort after himself, was big on saving and not huge on hiring. It was a miracle of sorts how the place looked as stunning as it did.

As luck would have it, and through sheer unexpectedly blind luck at that, Michael's fortunes turned around one day as he was just doing his job. Mopping up some spilt Champaign up on a higher floor on in the casino, the owner Zack was trying to impress a woman and he had completely ignored the 'Caution! Wet floor!' sign. His showing off and strutting resulting him in comically slipping, but not so humorously falling straight over the railing of the balcony on that high level. Quick thinking and reactions got Michael racing across and an outstretched arm catching his boss by the sleeve.

"Haha! Yeah, that's my man right here! Uh, Michael!" Zack said, bluffing to try and remain cool in front of the questioning female - a gorgeous French blonde if Michael remembered right - when Michael had pulled him back up. Literally having to look at the name-badge for his identity. "Best Resort Manager a guy could ask for!"

A rapid promotion for the young American, and one of course he took quick advantage of. Finding he now had a budget to spend, he immediately set about hiring staff, and plenty of them at that, to cover the mountains of jobs he used to have to struggle through. In turn, making his job far more easier but still important as he managed an entire resort with no prior experience of that kind of role. Although it wasn't like he had a constant performance evaluation. Zack only seemingly showed up when a 'high quality' woman had checked in. Which, seemingly from Zack's sudden reappearance yesterday was now.

Michael adjusted the tie of his suit. Another bonus of being the overseer of the resort was fine clothes to fit the role, even if at times from the near constant sunshine it made for quite a sweat more than once in a while. Checking his short, dark hair with a slight brush with his fingers. Then down his nicely toned body - another result of having the resort's gym available to use - all the way down to his shoes.

Leaving his room in the 'staff's residence' of the resort he made the walk to the main hotel. A nod to the staff on desk, a role he was more than familiar as he checked over the notes from the night shift. It certainly appeared Zack tried being a high roller to impress the apparent numerous female guests that were checked in. Aside from that, no issues to report. Signing that form off, and a couple other bits of paperwork, he bid the desk goodbye with a smile, and got it warmly received back. He knew full well how tough that job was, and made sure - like he tried with all staff - to be as friendly as he could with them all.

Checking his watch, it was well into morning and past breakfast being served. Time to start his daily rounds. He always had his phone on him for any staff to contact with any pressing concerns. Still, he felt it polite to always check around the main areas of activity on Zack Island where guests would be. To check everything was ship-shape and to take on board any requests or concerns they might have. That what's a manager should do in his mind anyway, not that he's ever heard any complaints at all. He planned, as best as he could, to make sure that stayed the case.

Where to begin his rounds first?
