A Way with Words

The Power of Persuasion

Chapter 1 by Zanzibar Zanzibar

Only a few short weeks ago Rachel was just your boss. She is still your boss of course, but now the relationship is somewhat… malleable. After a few tentative trials of what you have come to think of as ‘your power,’ Rachel has been the first real test, and it seems to be going quite well.

She licks her lips, her hands on your knees as you look down at her from your chair opposite her desk. ‘You are going to have to get undressed if I’m going to be able to give you your reward,’ she purrs as she gently eases your thighs apart. ‘God Sam, I really want to make you cum. Will you let me make you cum?’

This is the new initiative which Rachel has introduced on Friday afternoons. The ‘Employee of the Week’ gets a special reward, which is that Rachel strips naked, kneels down in front of her desk, and brings the employee to orgasm using only her mouth. Since the inception of this new scheme you have been named Employee of the Week both times, this being the second. Next week you are thinking that Lisa in accounts will probably win, and Rachel will administer the reward in the meeting room in front of all of the staff. You are looking forward to watching Rachel go down on Lisa, but for today, Rachel’s mouth, her soft red painted lips and her warm tongue are all yours.

You have always had a certain skill when it came to communicating with people; a knack for helping them to see things from your point of view and to understand that what you are saying is generally correct. Persuasive. That’s how many people have described you. It’s never been anything special, although your way with words has certainly made life easier for you. If it were some kind of super power, the ability to persuade a group of your friends into going for a Chinese meal rather than visiting a Thai restaurant is probably fairly low on the list of world-altering skills. Somewhere at the level of being able to ripen a single banana at a time with only the power of your mind.

Until that day a few weeks ago when you realised for the first time that perhaps you have been sitting on quite a powerful skill after all. Perhaps you just haven’t been focused, haven’t been using it properly. Maybe the true power has been laying dormant, just waiting for you to learn how to actually use it.

It was a stupid situation to get into, really. Heading home from an evening drinking with friends you faced the usual choice: Take a taxi, or walk the twenty minutes or so home. Your mind wanders back to the moment when you started to realise what a special gift you might be in possession of.
