It is the first day of term. Your name is John. You've just arrived at Skyviews school. It has been a girls boarding school up until now. This is the first year that they have decided to allow boys to attend the school. This will be your home for most of the next 2 years. You know that you will be one of only a few boys surrounded by about 300 girls. This will be great!

You feel a mixture of nervousness and excitement as you approach the main entrance. You are greeted by one of the teachers, "Welcome to Skyviews. There is an assembly for all students. Make your to the main hall."

You do as she says and follow the signs to the main hall. There are a group of girls near the door, and as you squeeze past them, one of them pinches your bum which makes you jump. You turn around, and a blonde girl faces you, gives you a cheeky smile and suggestively licks her lips. "You're so naughty Doe" one of her friends says to her.

You decide not to cause a scene, so you take a seat in the front row and wait for the assembly to start. You look around at the other students. You can only spot a few other boys among the crowd of girls. Several girls have also spotted you, and are pointing and whispering with their friends. They are not used to have boys around, and you are enjoying the attention you are already getting.

The assembly finally starts and the principal addresses the students and makes all of the usual formal announcements. She then gives way to the next speaker. She is an attractive looking teacher who you guess is in her mid twenties, "My name is Miss Stevens. I'm the head of discipline for the school. As most of you know, this school is run quite differently than other schools. To give the teachers more time to concentrate on teaching, the day to day discipline is handled by the students. I have already chosen a group of prefects, who will be in charge of enforcing the rules and setting punishments. They report to me, but I will only get involved in serious rule breaches."

You are a bit surprised by her announcement. You had heard lots of rumours about students running the school, but you didn't believe them. From the gossip you've heard, the prefects rule the school and do whatever they like. The other students are treated almost like second class citizens. Some of prefects are said to have abused their power for their own gain or sexual favours. Worst of all, is that you've heard they particularly like to target new students.

You begin to worry about how the prefects will treat you. You just hope you will be one of the chosen elite.

Miss Stevens continues, "I will now announce the prefects for this year..."
