No one really talks about there job at Disney, or they all say the same thing, "We create kid shows and movies" or "I design art for animated films". But that's all that's really know about working there. No one talks about the other things that they do at there jobs. From directors, to actors even to the head chairman of Disney, they all say the same thing. As a new employee of Disney, you just assumed that it was just like any other studio.
Boy were you wrong.
