The sights, sounds, and smells are so real that you almost forget you are in a game. NPCs move about their business, vendors shout out their wares, and the cobblestone streets feel solid under your feet. You spend the first hour exploring, marveling at the level of detail and the sense of immersion. The game is everything you hoped it would be. But as you attempt to log out for a break, you realize something is wrong. The usual menu that allows you to exit the game is missing.
