she is arrogant

"What have you done to me!"

A logical reaction. You expected this.

"I have combined you with the essence of an animal." You casually explain to her.

"What ... why would you do that?"

You paced around the table, explaining your goals to her.

"The world has very few creatures in it, my dear. Every day, many species go extinct, but none are added to it. This is my way or repairing that error. With you, I have given nature a new species. One that is based on the human, the most successful species to date, and I have improved on it."

Your victim was intrigued.

"You ... improved me?"

"Yes! With this new body you have enhanced ability's, greater power, improved strength. You are better then you have ever been before."

You had thought she would rejoice, and she certainly did.

"So, I am stronger?" She said while a smile formed on her face..

"Yes, you now posses the strength of a dragon."

"Good."

She pulled on the straps keeping her to the table, and pulled them loose. This ... is something you had not expected.

You attempted to subdue her with a gust of wind. It caused her to be flung to the other side of the room.

Next you tried to subdue her with a lightning bolt. This time however she was to fast for you.

She dashed across the room, evading your blasts. At some point she ran up a table and jumped up with wings spread, ready to take flight. You aimed your blasts to where you predicted she would be, but all of those missed for she had deceived you. Instead of actually taking flight, she fell down to the ground and headed straight for you.

Before you could do anything else, she reached you. Her claws wrapped around your throat and she held you with your feet above the ground.

"I should thank you." She said. "Without your help I'd never have been able to escape."

She squeezed your throat to emphasize her superiority over you.

"But then again, you also only did half work."

She now threw you on the same table she had been transformed on.

"When I jumped from that table, I found I was not able to fly. You didn't make my wings strong enough. Make them better!"

She yelled it into your face. You had never thought your subject to defeat you so easily, let alone demand even more of a transformation from you.

"It doesn't work like that."

You denied her order, that was not very smart. She responded by raking her claws across your chest. Your clothes were ripped open, as well as the upper layer of your skin.

"Then you will FIND a way to MAKE it work!"

You gazed into her angry eyes and explained yourself.

"What I mean is ... for a transformation like this, I need the body parts of a dragon. The problem is that dragons are extremely rare. What I used on you was everything I had."

Upon hearing this, she screamed in rage.

"Then that would mean you are of no longer use of me."

She raised her claws to grant you your ****-blow.

"Wait!" You called.

She kept her arm up high, claws glittering in the moonlight.

"Go on, beg for your life."

"I am the only one who knows how the transformation spell works. All I require are the components. Once I have those I can complete you."

The girl realized you were speaking the truth. Her strength visibly left her and she released you.

"Very well. You shall live for now. But if you can't find these components fast enough, I shall take your life and find another wizard to do it for me."

Now that your life wasn't in immediate danger, you had the chance to think about what just happened. You have given a young human girl almost all the powers and ability's of a dragon. You had made her strong enough to even rival you.

You were happy, your experiment was a huge success. However now, you had a dragon-girl to deal with.
