With an awkward, unspoken agreement.

Harley liked having Ralli as a proud, unimpeachable role model during the day and a secret target of lust during the night. For her part, Ralli appreciated having Harley as a model student, which, she felt, relied on a particular image of her character. The two of them had enjoyed each other's company in a rather unexpected way just now...

But it had been dark. It had been private. As far as anyone else knew, Harley had never been there. Wouldn't it be easier if the whole thing had just... never happened? And, if each of them had done something... if it was a secret, without one of them being able to see the other?

As such, when Harley emerged red-faced from the curtains and tugging her tunic down to cover the spot between her legs, she spoke as evenly as she could. "... G-gee, Ms. Ralli! Thanks for taking care of that situation. I don't think anyone found out. So..."

"... Yes. I am glad I was able to hide your presence," Ralli agreed from the floor in a gasping voice, now hidden in the darkness of the tent. "I apologize... if you, like me, were bored keeping your silence in the dark."

"Yeah, uh... shame... nothing exciting happened?" Harley asked, stressing the question for clarity.

"Yes... well, in the dark, in the middle of a class of male students... there really is not anything exciting for the two of us to do together," Ralli added. "Especially not as teacher and student."

"Oh, ah, c-certainly not, ma'am!" the trainee added, picking up only half of her books in a hurry. "Well, I'm going to go and study that lesson, ma'am! Are you... okay? You don't need... any help?"

"I shall be fine, Harley Dustaine," the sergeant's voice came, although she sounded unsure. "I believe we shall both be fine, however... I would appreciate it if you did not repeat the boring story of what you and I did not do around the barracks. It might make things... difficult."

"Of course not, ma'am! Now I... just gotta figure out how to get out of here without anybody realizing I wasn't in the bathroom..." Harley muttered, peeking her head carefully out of the door before looking both ways and disappearing into the hallway.

... The sergeant remained on the floor, covering her scarred face in the dark with one hand momentarily as she recollected her wits. She made a note to request a lock be installed on the classroom door... She didn't allow anyone to leave things in this room, so she'd never worried about it before, but she would have given up a week's salary to have one installed right about now.

"How am I going to make this whole mess go away...?" Even speaking to herself, she wasn't certain if she was talking about the situation with Harley and the class or the actual, physical mess she needed to clean off of the classroom floorboards.
