Wander into a nearby indoor parking lot

Your feet take you towards a nearby indoor parking lot. This was a scary place to you as you remember passing it by during one of your work days. It stood 5 levels up and 3 basement levels down. It was not a new building. Some of the lights were flickering, and the city lights were not enough to illuminate even the open air areas. There was an excessive amount of dark corners and urban decay that could be hiding all sorts of unsavory things, with graffiti and trash strewn all over the complex. Often you had imagined what it would be like to park here at night while you went to the bar with your friends but never had the courage to do so. Now that you are here, you freely make your way around, exploring the urban danger up close without apprehension. Opening the side entrance, you strut your naked inside, past the lobby corridor into the lot proper. The only sound you could hear was the dull thrum of the ventilation system, and the random echos of cars passing by the street outside.

It was the late into the night, so it was completely deserted, save for the vehicles left here overnight, but you remember seeing a few characters around here that you imagine might still be around.
