Walk with Jordan

I stood up, and said to Jess, “I’ll see you girls tomorrow. One drunk night didn’t ruin anything. I just can’t be around Meg like that.”

I walked off into the camp with Jordan. Silent except for the crunch of the gravel beneath our feet. She didn’t want to make the first comment. Finally I said, “I think I chose the wrong summer fling. Before this summer, I said that I wouldn’t connect with a virgin again, and what did I do: connect with a virgin. I must love torturing myself.”

“It’s her loss,” Jordan said, trying to confront me.

“I locked myself in though. There were other girls that were flirting with me that I turned down,” I explained. The fit equestrian, the pretty nanny, the robust Australian, the blushing Russian, the submissive brunette. All could’ve been options, but I ignored them for Meg.

Jordan says, “I probably locked myself in too early too. Ross would get soooo jealous if I talked to another guy. He was convinced that we had hooked up before.”

“He thought me and you hooked up? Why?” I had never done anything with Jordan. Tonight’s flirting was such an outlier.

“I don’t know. Maybe because we are friendly to each other? I don’t know, he was ridiculous though.”

“I wonder what he would think about tonight?” I laughed. “You’ve seen me completely naked and I’ve seen you in your undies.”

She giggled wildly to herself, “It sounds awful but I really want to send him a pic of us together. He’ll freak out, saying that he knew it the whole time.”

“Don’t send him a pic,” I said. “I don’t need that.” I knew how jealous Ross could get. I’ve seen him punch Joey over polite compliments to his girls. He’d probably think I went for Jordan on purpose since he wasn’t around anymore.

She laughed even harder, “I’m so terrible. I just imagined sending a very naughty pic with the caption: I just found out how big your friend’s penis is.”

“Oh yeah. Definitely don’t send him a dick pic,” I said. This girl was going to get me in trouble. But maybe that’s what I needed after a summer of conservative Meg. A night of crazy fun. I asked, “Have you ever taken naughty pictures or videos during sex?”

“Yeah with my last boyfriend. We did a few,” she answered.

“What happened to the videos?”

“Honestly I don’t know. Maybe he still has them. Hopefully he deleted them. Luckily he would never post them online though because his manhood was a little underwhelming,” she laughed at the memory.

“I was going to say that he was unlucky, but he did have you as a girlfriend, so things weren’t going so bad for him,” I said. Jordan was an extremely pretty girl. Way too attractive to be interested in me.

We walked onto the dock that was still floating in the lake. I wondered if they were still actually going to skinny dip tonight. We sat down, and Jordan cuddled against me for warmth. We looked out over the lake and gazed at the starry sky.

“I want to kiss you, but you’re way too pretty to kiss a guy like me.”
