Visit the Zoo

I realize I'm barely a block away from the Zoo and decide to quickly make my way there. I loved visiting my local Zoo, and could not believe I have yet to check out the Zoo here.

I decide to walk the way there and notice how busy the streets have become. As I walk, I become all the more aware of the sound of my high heels hitting the concrete of the sidewalk, drawing attention my way with each step.

Busy as they may be, more than a few look over my way and honk, or in some cases, whistle my way as they drove by. An amused smile formed on my face, as I reached the entrance of the Zoo.

After signing up for a Basic Zoo Membership, I made my way inside. I have loved seeing the underwater exhibits, though the primates would be fun to see also. Of course, the trails would be fun to walk also, given the cool, sunny day it is, so maybe . . .
