You head towards the sea cliffs, closer to the wealthy area of town, and find a building with a large pictogram on its sign of an ice cube on fire. This must be the place you think. Standing bold before you is a building with rather rotund architecture, two wings curving toward you on either side and a giant dome as the central edifice. Ahead of you is a large double door set into an archway.
