Kyle and Brandi entered the French restaurant, hand in hand, for their Valentine's Day date. The atmosphere was romantic, with soft lighting, and the smell of garlic and wine filled the air. They took their seats at a small, intimate table, and the waiter promptly came over to take their orders. Brandi, eager for the night to unfold, joked to Kyle, "I hope you're not planning to propose tonight. We're still in high school, after all."

Kyle chuckled and replied, "Relax, I'm not that crazy. I just wanted to treat you to a nice dinner." Kyle and Brandi looked over the menu, trying to decide what to order.

Brandi, her eyes fixated on the escargot, turned to Kyle and said, "What do you think about trying the escargot for an appetizer?"

Kyle, noticing her interest, responded, "Sounds good to me. I'll have the steak for my entree, and you?" Kyle leaned in and said, "You know, I'm glad we're taking things slow. I want to enjoy this relationship, and I don't want to rush into anything."

Brandi, relieved and touched by his words, smiled and said, "I'm glad too. I love spending time with you." The waiter came over, and they placed their orders. "I'll have the coq au vin," Brandi replied, her excitement growing as she imagined the rich, flavorful dish.

As they waited for their food, they talked about their day, laughing and sharing stories. Suddenly, Regina appeared, sauntering over to their table. "Fancy meeting you guys here," she said, her tone dripping with sarcasm. Brandi's face flushed red, feeling caught between her two worlds. Kyle, on the other hand, looked at Regina with confusion.

Regina, noticing Kyle's confusion, explained, "I wanted to try this new restaurant, but it looks like I picked the wrong night. Mind if I join you as a third wheel?" Kyle, feeling a bit uneasy, nodded and invited Regina to join them. Brandi, on the other hand, felt her heart sink. She hadn't expected Regina to crash their date, and now she had to deal with the uncomfortable situation.

Brandi, feeling increasingly uncomfortable, tried to change the subject. "So, Regina, how's your Jiu-Jitsu training going?" she asked, hoping to redirect the conversation. The waiter arrived with their food, placing their dishes in front of them. The aroma of the escargot, steak, and coq au vin filled the air, making their mouths water.

Regina, not missing a beat, replied, "It's going great. I'm really enjoying it, and I'm really enjoying training you, Brandi." Brandi, eager to try the escargot, used her fork to delicately lift one of the snails from its garlic butter. She popped it into her mouth, her eyes widening in delight as the rich, buttery flavor exploded on her taste buds.

Kyle, sensing the tension, chimed in, "Well, I'm glad you're both enjoying it. I'm just happy to have Brandi to myself tonight." He cut into his steak, the juices running down the side of the plate. He took a bite, savoring the tender, perfectly cooked meat. "This is amazing," he said, his voice filled with satisfaction.

Regina, who had ordered the duck confit, took a bite, her expression one of pure bliss. "I'm glad I decided to join you guys," she said, her tone laced with a hint of flirtation. As they ate, Regina engaged in conversation with both Kyle and Brandi, but her eyes kept darting to Brandi, making her feel increasingly uncomfortable.

Brandi, feeling trapped, nodded and took another bite of her coq au vin, her mind racing with how to get out of this awkward situation. Regina, noticing the tension, suggested, "Let's celebrate this unexpected Valentine's Day gathering. I'll order us a bottle of champagne, as a thanks for letting me crash your date."

Kyle, feeling a bit uneasy, but not wanting to seem rude, nodded his agreement. The waiter arrived shortly, setting the bottle of champagne on the table and pouring glasses for everyone. As they clinked their glasses and took sips, Regina turned to Kyle, her eyes locked on his. "To new friendships and unexpected encounters," she said, her voice low and sultry.

Kyle, feeling the effects of the ****, found himself getting more relaxed with each sip. Regina, sensing his loosening, began to flirt with him more openly, touching his arm and laughing at his jokes. Brandi, on the other hand, felt her heart sink as she watched Regina's advances. She tried to change the subject, but Regina seemed determined to keep the conversation focused on Kyle.

As the night went on, Regina continued to ply Kyle with more and more champagne, making sure his glass was never empty. Brandi, feeling increasingly left out, excused herself to the restroom, giving herself a moment to regain her composure. When she returned, Regina was leaning in closer to Kyle, her hand on his thigh. Kyle, now visibly intoxicated, didn't seem to notice Brandi's discomfort.

Feeling her heart sink, she remained silent, her mind racing with anger and betrayal. Brandi, feeling that the night had gone too far, stood up, signaling to the waiter for the check. "Well, it's getting late, and I need to get some sleep. Thanks for a great night, Regina," she said, her voice stiff and formal.

Regina, noticing the time, suggested, "We should probably head back. Kyle, are you in any shape to drive?" Kyle, still feeling the effects of the ****, shrugged. "Why don't I drive you both home? It's the least I can do for crashing your Valentine's Day date." Brandi, feeling uneasy, but not wanting to seem ungrateful, reluctantly agreed. They made their way outside, and Regina led them to her car.
