Two crazy kids with big plans for the future

As the song wraps up you whisper to your true love. "Let's get out of here."

Elsie nods. "Let's go."

You continue to ignore the slings and arrows of the high school crowd and run hand in hand out of the auditorium. You hear your mother fade behind you. "Get back here! Jesse! Elsie! Where are you going? What are you doing?"

What were you doing? Who knows. You sure as hell didn't. All you knew is you wanted to get out of there with Elsie.

Running straight out the school door you just keep running. You are greeted by the cool night air and the first drops of rain from an approaching storm. You run, still hand in hand, across the yard then across the open practice football field. You are laughing and squealing and whooping together in utter joy and liberation as you sprint together to your car. You have to slow your run due to Elsie's dress but you escape from the school area as fast as you possibly could.

As you reach your car you finally let go of Elsie's hand and you each rush to your own side and get into the car. As soon as the doors close you are in each other's arms. Clutching and kissing hungrily. You wanted to take her right there and then but you knew you still had to escape. Pulling yourself away from her you start the engine and pull away. You throw on the wipers and they begin a steady thup, thup, thup, as you drive.

"Where are we going?" Elsie asks, both of you knew home would not be a good idea right now. You were both wet with rain and out of breath, you were also on cloud nine as you finally finally had a private moment together.

"I don't know." You answer. "I'll just find a quiet spot for now."

Elsie was animated, her wide eyes sparkling in her excitement. She is talking fast, trying to say everything at once. "Okay. We'll move away Jesse, far away. Just you and me. We'll start a new life. I'll find a good college, maybe you can transfer, or I can work. I don't care."

You as well are caught up in the excitement of the moment. "I'll work too. We'll be together, I don't care about anything else. I just want to come home to you everyday."

"And I want you in my bed every night" Elsie continues your thought for you. "Jesse, I can't be apart from you anymore. I want to be with you. I want to sleep with you beside me, I want to wake up with you beside me."

"From now on." You promise. "You can move into my room." You pause. "Wait...no, Mom's gonna throw me out. We'll figure out something."

"If you're out so am I." She swears to you. "I'll do anything for you Jesse."

"Me too Elsie, anything at all." You say. The scary thing was...you absolutely meant it. If she asked you to **** someone you'd probably do it. She was everything to you now.

Your head keeps darting back and forth between Elsie and watching the rain soaked road. Your heart was pumping from the excitement of it all. Elsie is still breathing heavy, she is wet and you notice a shiver work across her beautiful bare shoulders. Reaching to the back seat you find your jacket and hand it to her. She puts it around her, holding it closed with her hands.

She gives you a huge excited grin. "I love you Jesse! I love you! I love you! I LOVE YOU!" She yells, letting out all her pent up feelings. She laughs and you join in. "Jesse, you've made me the happiest girl in the world."

"I love you too Elsie. So fucking much!" You say. The sound of rain hammering your roof is your only soundtrack as you look over at your sister, your lover, your soulmate. She was so very gorgeous tonight.

"Oh god, I want to be with you Jesse. Right now." She grabs your thigh. "I want you so bad!"

"Me too El, me too. I know a spot." You were already driving there. A little private area not too far from town in a wooded area just by a farmers field. As you left the city you knew it wouldn't be too long now, you just couldn't get there fast enough. You look over at your sister as she is lit by the yellow illumination of the freeway lights as they passed by, clutching your jacket around her. You fall in love with her all over again.

You grab the wheel with both hand and really start to concentrate on your driving as the road was slick and wet. The rain was really picking up and rolling thunder could be heard from time to time. It was looking like this was going to be one hell of a storm.
