"Hi," You say softly, half kneeling near her, "Who are you and what are you going here?" You're careful to keep your tone curious and non-threatening.
Her eyes come up, almost meeting yours, "I am Anna, your humble servant." Her voice holds a slight tremor. Her hands still outstretched towards you, she glances at the envelope in her hands.
