Try it on

When the laundry was finally done, I hurried back to my room to try on the new clothes. Not surprisingly, my roommate was still there soundly sleeping, though she had rolled onto her back, and now her exquisite breasts were fully on display, resting out above the covers. In addition, her nipples stood firm, possibly as a result of being exposed to the cool air in the room. On the other hand, her slight moans and motions suggested she might be in the midst of a pleasurable dream.

Carefully, I set down the basket and proceeded to sort the items, fold them and place them into their proper places with the exception of the items I would be wearing today: a new light blue miniskirt, a new white short sleeve blouse, along with a white bra. Once again I would be pantyless. When I put on the blouse it seemed a bit more snug than I remembered it in the store. Meanwhile, the skirt seemed to fit perfectly, which was a relief since it seemed a slight bit oversized when I had tried it on. Next I put on the heels, but after a few wobbly steps, I decided I still needed some practice. Instead, I put on some short socks and my tennis shoes.

A quick look in the bathroom mirror revealed a few things. The outfit looked cute and stylish, but the blouse seemed overly tight. As I unfastened the top few buttons, the chest area shifted in response. While the taught mid-section of the blouse pulled my breasts together and upward, the newly opened neck area allowed the cleavage room to escape. Compared to my other tops, it had the effect of making my breasts look at least a full cup size larger. Looking down at my waist, the blouse was a bit shorter than I expected as well. It wasn't long enough to tuck in, and it would probably show off a small bit of my midriff, unless I pulled the skirt waistline up higher. That was something I could worry about later. From what I could see, it looked good, and more importantly, it felt good.

The next issue was my hair. I'd really begun to dislike it's length and thickness. With the pending heat wave, I was already dreading the feeling of hot sweaty hair on my shoulders. Using a hairband, I pulled it back into a tight ponytail similar to what I'd done yesterday. For now it was a big improvement, and it would have to serve until I could schedule visit to the salon. Finally, there was the matter of my glasses, but for now I decided to wear them, rather than risk a clumsy fall like the blond girl at the laundry.

Exiting the bathroom, I noticed it was 7:35am, so I grabbed my bag and headed down to grab a quick breakfast before heading to school. At this time of morning, the cafeteria was extremely busy and there was a long line to get served. As I waited, I couldn't help but notice how many of the girls looked me over. From their expressions and their hushed tones I couldn't tell if they were surprised by what I was wearing, or if they were trying to figure out who I was. Maybe both?

By the time I got through the line, there was barely any time left to eat. I quickly found an open spot and sat down. Only then did I discover how much shorter this skirt was. Instead of folding under me as I sat down, it sort of pulled out and backward allowing my bare butt to come in full contact with the chair. When I'd tested it in the store, it didn't do that. Why would it do it now? And then it dawned on me; my new clothes had shrunk in the laundry. That's why the blouse and skirt were both tighter and shorter. As I wolfed down breakfast, I debated running up to my room to change into something else, but I realized there wasn't time. Already I'd need to jog across the edge of campus just to get to my 8am class on time. Furthermore, I couldn't risk being late or skip class since that could put my entire scholarship at risk.

With the last bite still in my mouth, I quickly stood up, returned my plate to the counter, and rushed out the door.
