There is someone with you

You don’t know how long you’ve been out, but eventually, you wake up. You raise to a sitting position and though half drowsy, you look around and try to get your bearings.
You are in a different room now. A very dark room, lit by a few torches here and there. You are lying on a stuffy bed you notice you are completely naked. Whoever brought you here, has also seen fit to strip you of all your clothes.

“Good morning.” A soft voice calls to you from out of the shadows. “It is good to see you wake up. I was getting worried.”

You don’t know from which direction the voice came, so you just stare out in front of you and say. “Who are you, show yourself.”

You had intended for your voice to sound strong and defiant. Instead it betrayed weakness and confusion.

“Of course, how rude of me.” The voice replies.

From the darkness, a figure steps into view. It is a scantily clad woman, wearing black lingery. She has a slender frame, accentuated by shapely hips and well-formed breasts. She has long blonde hair which falls across her shoulders and is incredibly beautiful. There is however one oddity about her, and that is the color of her skin. It isn’t just white, or even pale, but deathly white.

“My name is Keyla, pleased to meet you.” The woman introduces herself.

“So you’re the old man’s granddaughter.” You say as you rub your eyes.

“Not really.” She replies. “I just made him think that when I turned him into my thrall.”

You cock your head and ask “Thrall?”
Those damn **** you have been intoxicated with are still having an effect on you. If only you could block them out or something.

“Why of course.” Keyla says smilingly as she comes to stand right next to the bed. “I have need of someone to go out and preform a couple of errands for me during the time of day. Especially when it involves collecting sustenance for me to feed on.

When Keyla says that last sentence, she grins. As her lips part and reveal her teeth, you notice her canines are a bit longer then they should be. Finally, Keyla’s true identity dawns on you. Your eyes spread with fear and you try to crawl away from her as you whisper “The Winter Lotus.”

“Indeed.” Keyla replies as she places one knee onto the bed. “The goddess of cold and darkness.”
She then places her other knee onto the bed. “I am one of her worshippers.”
She leans over you and brings her head to your ear and whispers. “A vampires.”
