The meeting

Speaker Pelosi smiled to herself. Everything was made ready for her late afternoon meeting with the young upstart freshman Congresswoman who had called for her reign as Speaker of the House to come to an end. She was going to show young Alex exactly who was in charge, and who wore the Armani power suit in the party. She checked her drawer that was filled with various toys and gadgets she was sure Alex would enjoy. At least she knew she would enjoy using them on Alex! She smiled like a Cheshire cat, and looked up at the ceiling. She pushed a button on the underside of her desk, and watched as a set of shackles and chains silently descended from the ceiling. She loved playing with her new toys, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was going to be the latest addition to her live doll toy box.

She had just managed to retract the shackles and chains back up into the ceiling when her secretary announce the arrival of the young Congresswoman. "Madam Speaker? Your five o'clock appointment is here," came her voice over the intercom.

Nancy smiled to herself. "You can go home now, Hilda. I'll handle everything from here. Send her in."

Her office door opened, and in walked the young pariah, oblivious as to what was about to befall her.

The Speaker stood up, and gestured to her. "Please, have a seat. I want to talk to you."

Alex walked over to a rather comfy leather chair that sat in front of the Speaker's desk, and took a seat. "If this is about my having called for you to step down as Speaker, I'm afraid you're wasting your time. I'm not the only one who thinks you're too old, and out of touch. There are more in the party who are dissatisfied with you than you know. I would say a majority of us feel you need to step down."

The Speaker showed no sign of emotion on her face at Alex's words. "Well, I had expected as much from you, to be quite honest. I was hoping you and I could make a deal, but I guess cutting a deal with you is out of the question?"

"What do you mean by deal?" Alex was hoping she was going to try to bribe her for her support. She could use that against her, get rid of her for good!

"Well, you've had a very rough time trying to find a place to live here in DC, haven't you? And I know most of the places here are probably going to be too expensive for you. You're so much like me when I first entered Congress. I was very naive about the whole thing." She smiled at Alex, and stood up. She walked over to her liquor cabinet, and pulled out two glasses, and a bottle of wine that came from her own vineyards. She sat them on the desk, and poured two half full glasses.

It was at that moment Alex's phone rang. "I better answer this, if you will excuse me."

"Oh, by all means. Take all the time you need." She smiled knowingly at her as she reached into her pocket to pull out a small white envelope that contained a knock out ****. While Alex was busy answering her phone, she poured the **** into one of the glasses, and gave it a quick stir.

"What do you mean is my refrigerator running?" Alex asked the voice on the other end of her phone. "Of course it's running!" There was a pause. "What do you mean I should go catch it?" She hit end, and looked up at Nancy. "Sorry about that. Prank call, I guess."

Nancy smiled. "That's okay, dear. I get them all the time. I understand." She picked up the **** wine, and offered it to Alex. "There's no hard feelings here. I'd like to share this with you. It comes from my own vineyards, you know. I'd still like to be your friend, and perhaps your mentor."

"Well I'm glad there's no hard feelings," said Alex as she took the wine. "And yes, it was tough finding a place to live within my means. But I did manage to find one."

"Well, I'm glad to hear that. I was going to give you the names of some of the real estate people I know who might be able to help you, but it seems you no longer need them."

Alex took a sip of the wine. "This is very good!" she exclaimed. "And your family makes this?"

"It's our own private stock." Nancy took a sip out of her own glass, and watched Alex closely. "If you would like, I'll give you a bottle to take with you.."

Alex suddenly felt a little light headed. "It must have an unexpected kick to it," she commented, looking at the glass.

"It does take some getting used to the first time you drink it. Just pace yourself dear. It'll be fine," smiled Nancy.

About half way through the glass, Alex was down and out for the count. Nancy got up, and walked over to her. She lifted up her arm, and dropped it back onto her lap. She was definitely out for a while. She went back behind her desk, pushed the button, and the shackles and chains came down from the ceiling. Once they were close enough, she stopped them. "Now to put you in the position you belong in, you little bitch!" she seethed.

She was now standing in front of the sleeping Alex, wondering if she should undress her first. She decided not to. It would be more fun if Alex woke up, still fully clothed, hanging by her wrists. Then she could humiliate the girl by cutting them off of her, one piece at a time. "We're going to have so much fun together!" she practically sang as she shackled Alex's wrists.
