The Main Road

As you leave the safety of your home and continue down the main road. You eventually reached a junction where there are many cars piled up together in a car crash. It seem to have been a terrible accident and there's blood everywhere but nobody.

You look around the crash site and it seems like it's your lucky day! One of the cars seemed to be carrying a lot of groceries. The owners must have left in a hurry after the accident. You once again look around and the coast seems clear. You contemplate on your next action.
