Take his hand

Leanne didn’t feel like she had much of a choice. If she refused the doctor’s offer there was no way of knowing what he might do. At least if she went with him there might be a chance of escape.

Cautiously she accepted Dr Seward’s hand and allowed him to lead her back through to his office. “Here.” he said as he handed her some clothing. It was a long pale blue dress and Leanne gratefully slid it over her head, thankful to finally have something to cover her near naked body. It was curious that the doctor was suddenly concerned about her nudity, although it did give her confidence that she’d made the right choice to trust the medic.

Once she was dressed the doctor led her to the exit. However, just as they were about to leave the door opened and Abbie walked in. Leanne was pleased to see the young woman again and smiled as she received a curious looking over from the blonde in return.

“Leanne! I’ve been looking everywhere for you!” she exclaimed.

“I’ve been helping Dr Seward,” she replied. A little confused as it was Abbie who left her with the doctor in the first place.

“I need to speak with you about something urgent,” continued Abbie. “It’s… Private.” Her eyes darted across to Dr Seward and then back to Leanne. There was something odd about Abbie’s behaviour, but Leanne wasn’t sure what. Maybe Abbie was as disturbed by the medic as she was. Either way, she seemed keen to take Leanne away and at least she’d be safe from the mad doctor.
