Proserpina looked up after tapping to return to her dimension in the living room, looking at the wall to see light reflecting off it.

"Huh. I was wondering where you went." Aunt Mom spoke before Proserpina could react, startling her. Proserpina yelped and turned right to see Aunt Mom standing in the kitchen, topless and snacking on beef jerky off a bag on the island counter. "Wha...?" Proserpina was too suprised to think clearly.

"Your dad and I met the same way, actually."

"You left your door open and light on, so I figured something was up. Glad you're safe, hun."

Proserpina looked partly to her left and saw her mom was indeed correct, and blushed in embarrassment.

"I'm sorry about that, I'll be careful next time..." Proserpina apologized profusely.

"Don't worry about it, just be safe, okay?"

"Yeah, will do." Proserpina smiled before heading into her room, still fairly embarrased.
