Instantly everything came into sharp focus as the fog in my mind was blasted away. I saw the demon in front of me held out his and said "Well that's better you can call me Joe and I am in spell and account support here" I shook his hand and said "Eli nice to meet you". Eli pulled up a chair as the two women loomed behind him and said "Well why don't you tell me what you were trying to do and we can work from there. I have your spell here but not your intent, and frankly, your spell should of either killed you or just not worked." I cleared my throat getting a bit embarrassed at how badly I must have fucked up before saying "I was doing the normal starting spell and I tried to summon rocks from hell". He looked curiously at this and said: "Rocks you say, I am afraid I don't understand". Getting even more embarrassed I said, "You know like the first spell every warlock learns where you summon a few rocks from hell to learn about summoning." I pulled out my copy of Warlocks for dummies and I saw him freeze. "Eli that isn't a thing but I can see your problem," Joe said point to my book, with a simple cast the book when up in flames and started I dropped it. On the ground wasn't my normal beat up textbook but instead, an ancient tomb made of... something. "Joe you didn't summon rocks into your circle, you flooded yourself with the essence of hell. Your textbook is a living tomb of evil that tricked you into it I believe, rare but it does happen"

I just sat there unbelieving and I looked over at everyone in the room, when I got to the desk it just sprouted an arm and gave me a thumbs up.

When I looked over at Joe he held out a pamphlet "Tell me Eli have you ever considered starting a doom cult, it is very much like a small business and we have great benefits and loan conditions for new cults these days"
