"Alright, everyone, line up for the warm-up exercises," Sensei Bruce called out as Brandi entered the dojo. She joined the other beginners, stretching and limbering up for the class.

"How's it going, Brandi?" one of her classmates, Jake, asked.

"Pretty good," Brandi replied, returning his smile. "I'm still trying to wrap my head around some of the techniques, but it's fun."

"Keep at it, and you'll get there," Jake encouraged her.

Sensei Bruce approached the group, "Today, we'll be focusing on some basic throws and takedowns. Remember to maintain your balance and control your movements."

Brandi and the other beginners paired up and practiced the moves, with Sensei Bruce offering guidance and corrections. They practiced the techniques over and over, trying to perfect their form. Across the dojo, in the advanced class, Kyle was working on some advanced groundwork. He caught sight of Brandi and gave her a quick wave, a smile on his face. Brandi waved back, proud of his progress.

"Alright, now we'll practice some live drills," Sensei Bruce announced. "Remember to apply the techniques we've been working on." Brandi's heart raced as Sensei Bruce announced their new sparring partners. Regina, the higher-ranking student Brandi had seen sparring with Kyle, was standing in front of her.

"Alright, let's see what you've got, Brandi," Regina said, her tone harsh and condescending. Brandi took a deep breath, trying to focus on the task at hand. They began the sparring session, and Regina immediately started to apply heavy pressure. She was more aggressive than Brandi had anticipated, and it seemed like she was trying to overpower her.

Regina's superiority in Jiu-Jitsu was on full display as she relentlessly dominated Brandi. Regina was merciless, taking advantage of every opportunity to overpower her less experienced opponent. As Brandi tried to maintain her balance, Regina's strong arms wrapped around her, squeezing the air from her lungs. She felt Regina's grip tighten, and she struggled to breathe, her face turning red.

Brandi struggled to maintain her balance, as Regina kept pushing her around the mat. She felt a hand on her throat, trying to cut off her air supply. Regina's aggression continued, and she seemed to have an answer for everything Brandi tried. Time and time again, Regina managed to overpower Brandi, making her feel inadequate and defeated.

As Regina pinned Brandi to the mat for the umpteenth time, she offered some pointers. "You need to keep your center of gravity lower. That's what's giving me the leverage to throw you around." Brandi nodded, trying to focus on the advice. However, as Regina's hand brushed against her hip, she couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. It seemed like Regina's hands lingered a bit too long, straying from the area she was supposed to be demonstrating.

Regina didn't let up, and Brandi could feel the full **** of her weight on her chest. Regina's powerful legs then drove her into the mat, pinning her down. The impact of the hard floor sent shockwaves through Brandi's body, making it even more difficult for her to breathe. The uncomfortable encounters continued, with Regina's hands frequently brushing against Brandi's body.

Brandi began to feel increasingly uneasy, unsure of how to handle the situation. She heard Regina's grunts as she applied more pressure, her opponent's sweat dripping onto Brandi's face. The higher-ranking student then began to rain down punches, each one landing with a loud thud. Brandi tried to protect herself, but Regina's strikes were too fast and too powerful.

As the session drew to a close, Brandi couldn't help but feel frustrated and drained. From now on, she would be more cautious and prepared for any challenges that came her way. Despite the awkward encounter, Brandi remained focused on her training. She knew she had to stay strong and keep practicing her techniques. She was grateful for the experience and the valuable lesson she had learned.

As the class wrapped up, Sensei Bruce gathered the beginners around him, "Remember to practice your techniques at home and come to as many classes as you can. You're all making great progress." Brandi left the dojo, feeling a sense of accomplishment, eager to put the discomforting experience behind her and move forward. She couldn't wait to see what the future held for her in Jiu-Jitsu. As she walked out, she spotted Kyle, who was also leaving the advanced class. They exchanged smiles, both proud of their progress in the art.
