"I have combined you with the essence of an animal." You casually explain to her.

"What ... why would you do that?"

You paced around the table, explaining your goals to her.

"The world has very few creatures in it, my dear. Every day, many species go extinct, but none are added to it. This is my way or repairing that error. With you, I have given nature a new species. One that is based on the human, the most successful species to date, and I have improved on it."

Your victim was shocked.

"You ... improved me?"

"Yes! With this new body you have enhances speed, greater stamina, improved hearing. You are better then you have ever been before."

"Can I move?" She suddenly asked.

You raised one of your eyebrows in confusion. "Excuse me?"

"Move, you know, as in not remaining still."

You were getting a little irritated with her now "Yes, I know what moving is, but why..."

"I feel like this great need to get some movement, like I can't sit still, could you please remove these straps, they feel quite uncomfortable you know, what kind of straps are those even, are they made of leather, leather straps can cut into flesh if you're not carefull enough, there are other materials that can make for better straps you know?"

With a quick wave of your hands, the straps unfastened themselves. You hoped this would stop her from rambling.

The girl quickly jumped up and stood on the table.

"Thank you so much, they were really becoming quite uncomfortable, I hope they don't leave any marks on my wrists, or on my ankles, were those the same type of straps there as well, I'm assuming it were, you really should find yourself a better craftsman, not just for the straps but also for this table."

She jumped off the table to study it's craftsmanship better, during which she continued her rambling.

"This table isn't made from oak, is it? I didn't think it was, oak is a pretty durable type of timber, this table is already showing signs of wear and tear, even tho it isn't very old, or at least it doesn't seem so old, ..."

Dear gods, what have you done. You have turned this girl into someone that will never shut the fuck up. Nevertheless, your experiment was a huge success. The magic spell has had the desired effect on her. But now, you had a squirrel-girl to deal with.
