Samus goes to a party

Every Super Smash Bros game starts off with a casual party, meant to let the fighters catch up and meet the new fighters. It's the perfect opportunity for Samus to alter them. Samus prepares by inserting a chip into herself. It's a basic chip that allows her to summon the upgrade chips to the palm of her hand, allowing her to access the library of chips wherever she is without anyone else knowing.

Samus heads to the party in her iconic zero suit, not wanting to wear her armor. The party is in a mansion as everyone arrives. Samus notes there are more than enough rooms she could bring someone if she wanted some privacy. Everyone is gathered in the entrance hall, she looks over all the familiar faces. Pretty Princess Peach in her pink dress, the stoically handsome Marth, the always adorably professional Isabelle, and the rest. Among them Samus also sees new character, Smash Bros always did try and be bigger and better with each game. Some new fighters she recognizes like Shantae, in the last game her spirit possessed Samus' body to fight. Samus is happy to see she got promoted from a spirit and Mii costume to a full fighter now.

Samus walks through the room and keeps a calm smile on her face but in reality her heart is racing at the possibilities. Her eyes glancing at the back of people's necks and seeing the upgrade ports that no one else seems to see.
