Description:
Roland is a tall guy with brown hair. He has a quite average looking face, but his body is fit and well trained.

Biography:
When Roland was younger, he lived with his parents in a village just north of Riledo. Since he lived so closed to the capital, his uncle, an A rank Fighter, often came to visit. That is how Roland grew up with a lot of amazing stories, told to him by his personal hero.

But one day, his uncle got in a bad adventure, with many of his party members, close friends of his, losing their lives. That is when the hero Roland looked up to for so long lost his desire to continue being an adventurer. His uncle quit the guild and started wandering the kingdom alone.

This got Roland to want to become an adventurer himself. Maybe, if Roland could become an A rank as well, he could inspire his childhood hero to become an adventurer all over again. Unfortunately Roland only got a C rank. Even worse is that his uncle died shortly after.

Fortunately, shortly after, a beautiful girl joined his guild, the Gryphon Knights, and joined his party. Her name was Merlara and although she is abrasive, she decided on sticking with Rolands party.

Skills:
Skills 1: Shield bash - Roland slams his shield into his opponent with great strength (usually brings the opponent out of balance)
Skills 2: Charge - Roland rushes at his opponent with great speed
Skills 3: Shake it off - Roland ignores the pain of his wounds and continues fighting
Skills 4: Dauntless - Permanent effect. Roland is immune to fear, including the fear induced by spells

Equipment:
Roland keeps himself safe with a full plate armor and shield. For his weapon, he has chosen to use a sword.
