Tempting as her offer is, you can't help but worry about the consequences of getting completely lost in this place. "I'm sorry, miss, but I don't think I can accept. I'd prefer to continue on foot for now."
She looks upset, but not too offended, as it's clearly a response she's somewhat used to. "That's fine, dear. You change your mind, just let me know, alright!" With those last words, she disappears back under the surface, the ripples of her disappearance spreading out in tiny waves. Stepping back, you stand up and look around the room again, trying to decide where to go next.
